Disaster! The guys are really nice, but they are unorganized and it cost me dearly. They painted my bumper the wrong color. How does that happen? Then, they gave the wrong estimate to the insurance company. so, the day I picked my car up it cost me out of pocket before theyd give me the keys. Then, I saw the bumper was the wrong color. They had to repaint it. I had to wait two weeks for a new repair date. Insurance authorized a four day repair period and rental car based upon Medlins estimate. It took them NINE days to repaint the bumper. Insurance demanded I pay for five days of my rental car. Medlin could provide no proof it took them nine days because...they said..."We dont keep record of repair length. We just record it was repaired." So, getting them to repaint a bumper that was paid for by insurance cost me $400 out of pocket in rental fees and had me out of my car for nearly 15 days. Madness.

I dont know if anyones ever had a "positive" experience with an auto accident, but the people here do their job and appreciate their customers. I found out about a hidden $100 deductible (on my insurance companys side) and didnt have cash or a check on me. They let me take my car regardless, and trusted me to return with the money. When I did, I found the deductible had "decreased," in appreciation of my honesty. The only reason I gave four stars is that my car was delayed by one day, but they did give some warning. I think that was a simple miscommunication. It was ready the next day as promised and they coordinated very well with my insurance and the rental car company.

When Carol backed along side of the carport, she was too close and scraped the whole side of my Escape from one end to the other! I took it to Medlin Bros. and approx. 1 week; Wow! these folks are good! I could not see any signs of any damage at all! That was 2 years ago! and still to this day my Escape looks good as new! Thank you Mr. Johnny and team! CD

Go elsewhere. Low quality work, poor customer service, extremely rude and slow. Took 3X longer than quoted and still ended up with paint overspray and salvage yard parts. If you want useless with an attitude, come to these jokers.
