First impression was great. Seemed eager to fix our vehicle after it was his in a parking lot and had some bumper damage. We got the insurance claim finished which included a new bumper. The guy said he could save us a lot of money but repairing and re painting the bumper versus replacing it. So thats what we did. When they called us that it was ready they asked us to bring in the checks from insurance to sign them over to them. First - our checks were lower then the claim amount due to having a deductible. Second- why would the check be the same amount since it was written to replace the bumper when instead they repaired it. How could two completely different services cost the same amount to the penny? But somehow at this place it does! They still wanted every penny of that check. I should have just given it to them since it was less then what they thought. We got charged the same full amount and paid out of pocket for this. I really hope your sketchy business practices of stealing a few hundred dollars are worth this negative review and losing referral sources for your business. I understand how much a negative review can impact someones business and this is the first one I have ever written in my life. But after speaking to them in person and not getting anywhere this is the only way to reach others and hopefully the business will understand how this business practice should not be repeated.

They charged $50/day for storage and they couldnt even take five seconds to tape plastic over my cars broken windshield. I got my car back with wet interior and water under the seats. Jerks.
