Although I am not a BMW but Benz owner, I can say we were truly impressed with their overall quality of workmanship using genuine replacement parts, exceptional paint matching and quick turnaround. We were referred by Perception Auto Werks after I hit a pit bull and damaged the front bumper and lower grille. The dealer was going to charge us twice the amount it cost to have it repaired at To A T Bodyworks. We also liked how everything was handled electronically through our insurance company and at the completion of repairs, we picked up a well clean and detailed vehicle which was an added plus just like going to the dealership :-). Like its been said, somewhat of a drive from where we live but well worth it and we will definitely recommend them to others and use them in the future if needed.

I have had two cars repaired there under insurance claims. This shop does quality repairs, and they are some of the best paint matchers around. Many times you can see shade differences when cars are partially repainted, but the colors were seamless after a rear collision. Not only that, when our first car was repaired they took care of a golf ball-sized door ding that was unrelated at no charge! I know they wont do that every time or for every customer, but between the high level of service and the quality work Im a customer for as long as I live in the Richmond area. By the way, they insist on using quality parts - they fought to get an OEM grade part for my car in lieu of a substandard part that the insurance company wanted to use to save money.

Of all the shops I have used over the years, hands down they are the best around for matching paint and overall quality of work. Matching metallic colors is not easy, and since silver seems to be my primary color (and I tend to be rather particular about my cars), I would be critical at best if the the work was less than perfect, and perfect is what I always get!

Great place to get bodywork done. Their prices were very reasonable. What would have cost me $700 at BMW, here they charged $300. The location is far away but its worth the drive. The place was clean, folks were nice. Ill definitely use them again. Beware, Google doesnt have the correct information for location so call before you go.

The Best Body Shop in Richmond. T and his team have fixed roughly 10 cars for me over the years and I wont go anywhere else. First used him after multiple "bad" attempts on one of my vehicles. He fixed it perfectly the first time and i havent stopped going since.
