Id give it the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I was rear ended and thought by taking it somewhere "professional" it would be done right and worth the other insurances money and id have a completed car. Wrong I was. Gaps were off, tail light was loose and trunk wouldnt open, and a little paint mess up. So I pointed out the gaps and "Jim" the guy in charge of my claim said he couldnt tell. While he was pushing down on the rear tail light of course. So I had before accident pictures and cropped them side by side and he said I was petty. By this time I was pretty frustrated so they ended up taking the car back. I call on Friday and it was apparently done Monday with no call to me. So Im glad I called. I go to pick up my car and "Jim" hands me my keys and says there you go. No going out to double check or anything. So I have questions he wont answer. I go to the counter and ask the lady if their is someone to speak to that cares about customers. I get a guy named Kevin. He is more informative and has no clue about my claim but no manager in sight. I walk back from my car and some greasy mechanic guy is leaning against my brand new GMC front fender like he is my buddy. I ask him if he can get off my truck. He says "excuse me" like a13 year old valley girl. So i asked now im telling, get off my truck. By this time Kevin literally pulls this guy off my truck. At this point I just took my keys and left. I couldnt believe it, and I still cant process this places actions. Jim is aboutr as worthless as a jet ski on Antarctica and the respect they show people and the peoples vehicles is disgusting. They got me this time. NEVER again.

The work i had done from being rear ended was good and Staff was polite. Work was done 3 days later than i was told and when i was called to pick it up they hadnt replaced my damaged exhaust pipe and muffler which was the main damage from the accident. After driving 30 minutes to the shop the lady was apologetic. They didnt offer anything for the inconvenience(Oil Change, Cleaning, etc). I waited for a survey to give my feedback private but never receive one. Geico should consider supporting a different body shop.

Have to admit Im hard to please when it comes to car sales but I must say McRae Grady went above and beyond my expectations and found the truck for me with all the features and at a fair price. I would definitely buy from McRae Grady again very professional and honest salesman.
