This place is amazing! I called about installing a spoiler on my husbands car, and he asked me to stop by so he could see about putting it on. Im assuming they must have been kind of busy today cause when he asked when I would want it done he said "just please dont tell me today." I laughed because I really needed it either today or the next day cause I wanted it on before my husband flew in from overseas. And you know what, he made room for me and was able to install it within that hour. I cant begin to express how much I appreciate this and how happy my husband will be to see his car when I pick him up. Thank you guys and if I ever need anything else Ill definitely be back. Looks great and I couldnt be happier. Thanks again!

WOW! By far, the best service I have ever had in Wilmington. Wrecked my truck on tuesday, got it back 10 days later better than it was when I bought it 8 years ago. Not only did they fix the body work, they also detailed it and fixed a rattle (that drove me insane) in a door not affected by the crash. Talk about "ABOVE AND BEYOND," these guys know their stuff and do a damn good job! You would be absolutely crazy to go anywhere else! The price is reasonable, the quality of work is excellent, the owner is AWESOME and the timeline far exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled to death with their work. Thank you again, Neil Smith, for making that so easy and stress-free!!!!

Neil did an EXCELLENT job on a Tacoma that I bought from the dealer. Before I bought it, there was a bad scratch and dent in the tailgate. When the truck came back from Neil, I could not even tell where the dent was and it looked like a brand new truck again. Paint quality was top notch, everything matched perfectly and no orange peal. If I need any more work in the future, I will be coming back here. Thank you Neil for the great job!!! I wish every business was this good with a great experience like I had with Neil.

Neil Smith Paint & Body repainted the top and rear of my Rav 4 for warranty repair for Hendrick Toyota. The quality of the paint job is excellent. The car looks like it just came off the show room floor. The front fender of my car had come out of its retaining clip from a repair another shop had done several years ago.
