Mechanical Work- Disassembling and reassembling the car parts was done at a very high quality rate. Prep Work- Prepping the original bumper to be repainted was done nicely and I was surprised. Paint Job- The paint application was not great, A couple of spots were missing paint or got smudged and a light scratch was caused while putting on the grille. As a quality control personal, I would not have let the car leave looking like that. My car is part of an automobile club and many people inspect it and look at it on a regular basis. Knowing that I had the front bumper painted Im sure a lot of enthusiast are going to see the imperfections and ask who did the work. Chances are, theyre not going to use the shop or refer it to others. Once I talk to the insurance company one more time, I bet there is a chance that they will get an opportunity to make it right but it never should of left the lot with imperfections like that. Its carelessness. I know that I wouldnt have a job very long at all if I were to present something like that as a "completed job". NO WAY.

The service was great prior to finally dropping off my car for repairs, but once I dropped it off and the insurance cut them the check for the work....all downhill It was hard to get a hold of the individuals who were assigned to work on my car and others said they could not help me, very frustrating...kept getting the run around from others. There was delay in finishing my car and when it was done...the workmanship was horrible and they had backed my car causing my exhaust to bend up and melt my bumper...which they denied fault....afterwards they took their sweet time getting the bumper replaced. I always thought Craftsman was a premier shop but would recommend everyone avoid the Leesburg location, I cannot speak in regards to other locations. Leesburg location is run by crooks.

From the almost excellent to "THE" worst customer service it became after becoming Carlson Auto Shop. I made an appointment 2 weeks back to get an estimate for my vehicle, and they denied that there was any appointment made. I have call logs and notes to whom I made the appointment with, Kate. However, Kate said, "What can I say, its not here." She laughed at the situation, and she contradicted twice in the conversation today. The next appointment available is June...I was like WHAT?? June...and she rudely replied..."I said January"....That lady needs to be fired. If their records showed there was no appointment for the claim that they received 2+ weeks ago..then I would have expected calls..to which they had no replies.

The good part of working with this shop is that Geico is located within the building. It makes it quick and easy to get an adjustment and fixed. The paint quality is horrible and is equivalent to Maacos. Ive had two cars repaired because it was convenient and I planned to sell them after the repair. I would never go here if it was a car that I wanted to keep. Also, they wouldnt paint my sons bumpers since he installed them and they couldnt get their markup (They use aftermarket bumpers as well). There are many great and friendly shops in the area.

Poor service. I called last week to get an estimate and they said there are no estimators all week, which I could not understand, and they asked that I come in the following week as they take walk-ins. I went there the following week on Monday, and they said they are not able to give an estimate as their estimator is busy. I asked, why do you tell customers to come there as walk ins if you hare not able to see them, just take appointments; but I think this was a difficult logic for them to understand. They lost my business for sure.

Horrible. A job that was supposed to take a few days took 2 weeks. Final delay was a scratch on the bumper that they caused and had to fix. Now Im here to pick it up and find the front window scratched up. Scratches that I saw within the first 10 seconds looking at the car. How did this happen? Why didnt they see it? No I have to leave the car here for who knows how many more days while they figure out how to repair or replace the window! Would NOT recommend this repair shop.

We took our van to Craftsman after we were hit by a State Farm insured driver. Picking up our rental was quick and easy. The estimate was detailed and on time. They anticipated the repairs would take 8 days, but after 4 we got the call that our van was ready for pick up. We couldnt be happier with the whole process. Our car is sparkling clean inside and out, the body work looks perfect and every employee at Craftsman made it a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience at Caliber. From start to finish, I had my car back in less than a week (even with transferring it to a different Caliber location for repairs). The customer service was excellent every time I visited/called, and they dealt with my insurance company the entire time so that worry was off my plate. I would 100% recommend Caliber!

This place is a joke, the first thing they asked is what insurance I was using. Once they knew it wasnt something they could overbill for, I was told it was a month before I could get an estimate.... Everywhere else helped me within 5 minutes. Not worth your time or money.

I was completely satisfied with the process. The staff at Caliber made it easy to schedule the initial appointment, repairs, temporary rental, and pickup. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I was 100% satisfied with the repairs.

Terrible customer experience, with limited hours and very little focus on the customer. It was almost like I should be privileged to havet them service my car. There are too many good organizations around to waste time at this shop.

I had some minor scrapes on the side of my car. Took it in for an estimate as was told, "if you want to wait 10 minutes, I can take care of it at no charge .. is that OK?" Sure was OK with with me!
