Although the actual people were pleasant enough, I had to return my vehicle 4 (four) times...and counting for repairs that should have been reviewed, inspected and corrected before my pick up. I would never recommend them and although my insurance company is affiliated with Nu Look (Ironq.) I will never, ever use them again... Passing on the experience. Ok...here we go again....4th time had to bring my vehicle back to Nu Look (Ironq.). Had to literally point out the imperfections that were in plain sight. This is 1(one) day after posting previous review. Waiting ...for a promised detailing...wont hold my breath..BBB is now notified.

Although I had an unfortunate accident, I was pleased with the service I received from Nulook Collision. Kristen was exceptional as she coordinated my appointment and rental. Amy made the paper work and registration a breeze. Rick went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met including realigning my rear bumper. Thanks Rick!
