I walked in for an estimate after being rear ended. I walked in at 5:00 PM and they wanted to schedule me for another day when they are open to 5:30 - WHAT?! I had already been to two other body shops for estimates and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. This and everyone seemed to be sitting around. I guess they dont need the business (or perhaps change their business hours???). I believe the other one star post. If this is how they greet potential customers, I cant imagine how they function as a repair shop.

They did a good job repairing my car, no complaints there, although a piece of advice: always check that your key fob, windows, and locks work after a repair (past experience). I will say, like other reviewers, they pushed back the completion date at least three times. To Gerber Collision: Do like shipping companies, tell me my car will be ready in a month, if its ready sooner than that Im happy. However, it is frustrating to be told multiple times that my car would be ready and have it fall through.

I added a star because I had to. This place deserve negative stars!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Two months to fix a hood? Liars! "Your car will be ready tomorrow". "Your car will be ready Wednesday". "Your car will be ready next week". Two months later..."Your car will be ready today and you can pick it up by five". "No, actually you can pick it up Monday at 7:30 in the morning". I HIGHLY recommend NOT choosing Gerber collision. HIGHLY

Great work. Really hard to see the repair, it looks like there was no damage on my car. Even under the florescent lights, no difference in paint between the original untouched area and the repair.

Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and technicians are trustworthy and not looking to rip people off. Would highly recommended them!
