I was shaken after experiencing an auto collision while out of town...200 miles from home. The friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff at Powhatan Collision & Glass gave me an estimate and indicated that they would help me get my car back on the road in three days when other local auto body shops could not help me for two to three weeks. I met other patrons in the waiting room who were very satisfied with the quality of workmanship on their vehicles and who said they would go no where else and were repeat customers (deer accidents). My 2012 Honda Accord was expertly repaired like new. Hoping I never need collision help again, but if I do when in that area, they are my pick and I highly recommend them. I give five stars to the whole staff at Powhatan Collision and Glass. Thank you for turning a bad situation around. I am so grateful to you all.

A week ago, I called and set up an appointment to have them check my 4Runner moonroof and clean out the vents. Randy set up the appointment. I went in this morning for my appointment and Randy was off. The other guy said "we cant do that today". We would have to take the head liner and everything out. Cant get the parts today if we need any. I did clarify that I called ahead and Randy verified what they could do. No go. I would not recommend taking anything that requires any effort to this place.

Very thorough, quick and quality work. Everyone that I encountered at Powhatan Collision and Glass was first class...professional and helpful. The had my car completed ahead of schedule...they called me as soon as it was ready. My car was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up...and they washed it. Would recommend Powhatan Collision and Glass to anyone.

EXCELLENT service, professional staff, the work they do is top notch! A tree fell on my car during a bad storm a year ago and I needed a new roof on my car. Youd never know it happened. Windows replaced with ease as well. Locally family owned business in our community. I cant say enough positive things about these guys!

Unfortunately have had 3 vehicles repaired here. Experience is always great Randy handles insurance claim and I get my vehicle back washed and vacuumed. Even handles having rental car picked up from his shop. Super easy and good work using original GM replacement parts.
