ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!! Do NOT go to this business. I went in today for a simple tire patch from a screw in my tire. After waiting in excess of 1 hr, I was called to the desk and informed it would be around $83.00. After inquiring as to why so much, I was told that during the wheel removal THEIR guy had broken off one of my wheel studs and it was also stuck in the lug nut. So when I read the quote the tire repair was $24.00 and the balance of $59.00 is what they wanted to charge me to fix their accident. I declined their repair and only paid for the tire patch, when I left I read the wheel stud quote closer and the parts amounted to a little over $7 so the balance of $52 wouldve been paid for them to repair what they had broken. I really cant understand how people can sleep at night knowing how they steal from people!! As Ileft I remembered why I hadnt been there in $15 years they were crooks then and they are crooks now!!

My wife’s vehicle had a dead battery and she took it to Goodyear as it is less than a mile from our house. They charged her $160 to have the battery replaced. She was over charged since you can get a new battery installed at auto zone for under $100. Goodyear also gave her a full page of other things that were in need of being done to her car and would cost over $900. After she protested that the car had been running fine prior to the battery dying, she was told that it could wait up to a week but she would need to bring the car back to them by then. We decided to get a second opinion and took our car to Pep-Boys in Winchester. The automotive tech looked over our car and found nothing wrong with it. I am sadden that we cannot trust this business because we live so close to Goodyear, but we will never do business at Goodyear in Martinsburg again.

I have been going to Country Roads for service on my vehicles for 15 years now and wouldnt choose any other garage in the area to service my vehicles. Good Year is the only local establishment that I would use to service my supercharged Dodge Viper, and my past TT Supras and Lamborghini Diablo. They have always gone out of their way to establish and maintain trust and honest treatment with me and my family. I would highly recommend Country Roads to anyone looking to establish a trusting long term relationship with a company that will watch out for you and make sure your vehicle isnt sitting stranded on the side of the road with your wife and kids in it!

I recently took my chevy trailblazer to Country Roads because it would not shift over 40 mph, and it needed a new transmission. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of service is much above the rest. All the technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they made it very easy for me to understand the logistics. The technicians even stayed a little late to ensure the job was completed.I also love the fact that they will accept appointments, and can give you a time frame to pick up your vehicle! I would recommend them to all my friends and family, and will continue to take all my vehicles to them for any car maintenance and repairs.

Consumer beware. This business tried charging me $792 to replace a fuel pump and fuel filter. After asking them to itemize the charges, they wanted to charge me $479 in parts alone. The parts are $244 and $15 respectively at autozone. After complaining about the $220 mark up over consumer cost and the $27 shop supplies fee they offered me $100 off. I went to a shop down the street and they did the work for $500. This was a deal, especially due to the fact I was 400 miles from home with my wife and two young children and someone tried to take advantage of that. Captain, USMC

This place will damage your car and look you in the eyes and tell you they didnt do it. I highly recommend if you care about your car dont bring it to goodyear in Martinsburg. They are costing me several hundred dollars for what they did. They also tell you your car has things wrong with it when it really doesnt. For example they tried telling me they couldnt get my car aligned because the rubber bushings in the back were froze up. I took it somewhere else and they got it aligned perfect. This place is a rip off. Save money and go somewhere more professional.

Shopped around and made an appointment for some work done to my wifes 2012 Jetta. She was getting tires, alignment, and an oil change. Tires and alignment Im good on. Oil change..... They put semi synthetic oil in the car. My wife called and inquired why full synthetic oil wasnt used. They said we should have specified we wanted oil that met minimum requirements. They are "ok" with putting substandard oil in my car. I hope they are "ok" with buying my car.... Im NOT "ok" with (*) on my title in the mileage block of my investment. Not going back....

I have both my vehicles serviced here. They are always very inviting and make you feel like they truly care. They always let me know if something needed to be fixed or repaired and did their best to keep me in the loop. They are ASE certified and AAA approved. Their techs have spent many times diagnosing different issues on my suburban and didnt charge me. Their shop manager has bent over backwards to insure my needs are meet, and often exceeded my expectation.

Was told on the phone they could have the tires in the next day & set me up an appointment for 1 oclock... It is 3:10 and I am still sitting here. Once they started the said the tires they had ordered didnt come in, offered me 4 tires they claimed thet had in...only to be then told they only have 2 in stock & now have to go pick up the other 2. I am fustrated at the run around & wasting of my time, ...i hope the price is worth my paitence & acceptance.

Worse possible costumer service ever! Visiting from out of town and needed nitrogen put in my tires. Since this was the only place nearby that had nitrogen I figured I would swing in and get my tires filled. They refused to do it because it was 30 min before closing even though it was empty. That was they least of the problem were gonna charge 15$ a tire to top off!!! Absurd! Take your business elsewhere this place should not have a business license!

Came to have my state inspection done and was told it would be about 45minutes. Two and a half hours later I get my vehicle back with a greasy steering wheel. EDIT: The manager gave me a call to apologize and rectify the situation. I appreciate good customer service and the effort to amend a poor transaction.
