I recently had my vehicle repaired at Nu-look collision center downtown for the first time, and my overall experience was well above my expectations. The staff members we friendly and kindly, Especially OSCAR who handled my car with professional manner, They were on time and I was able to receive service updates via phone and voicemails. When they found my car need extra care, They over me free rent car and they made a typically annoying process very easy.

Not only did they do an amazing job repairing my car, they also were very timely about it. They even set me up with a rental and dealt with the insurance company for me. There customer service is top notch (very friendly and even kept in touch with me to let me know the status of my vehicle) and could not have asked for a better place to take my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Nu Look for collision work!

Hate this place they tore apart my vehicle with all of my belongings in it in dead of winter before the insurance paperwork even went through and didnt really seem to give a damn that most of my things were ruined due to the weather their lack of communication and consideration is the reason I wont recommend or return to this place

I expected them to have my car for 7 days because of the nature of the damage, allowing them time to get parts, etc. It was ready to be picked up in the middle of day 5. Washed, detailed, great paint job. You cant tell there was any damage. It looks like I just rolled it off the dealers lot. Very professional and friendly staff!
