I will NEVER take my business back to ZZ Auto. I took my 2012 Chevy Cruze in for a coolant leak, was clearly overcharged (the invoice clearly shows that they overcharged me because the individual charges do not add up to the total), and the leak still wasnt fixed. While my car was being serviced, my quoted price mysteriously kept increasing even though no additional work was being done to it, and they said it was because they forgot to include a diagnosis fee. When I went to pick it up, the total changed AGAIN. The owner said that he would do me a favor and knock off the $80 diagnosis fee, and still give me the cash discount, however the invoice shows I didnt get a cash discount at all when you add everything up. Additionally, while my car was being serviced, I received a call from them saying that I was severely overdue on an oil change, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter and cabin air filter, tire rotation, and fuel induction. I knew right away that was a LIE because my husband just changed my oil, air filter, and spark plugs only 4 months ago and it hasnt been more than 4,000 miles since my last oil change (I use partial synthetic). They told me the additional stuff that I was severely overdue on was needed to prevent the coolant leak from happening again. Again, LIES. How do spark plugs affect a coolant leak??! The estimate they gave me to have the routine maintenance done was $700. Thank God I declined. But they obviously were dishonest and tried to take advantage of me. Not to mention tried to overcharge. When we took it back to have the leak repaired, the owner was very rude with us and made it seem as if we were lying about the leak and about my husband just replacing the air filter. The owner demanded that we look at my "dirty" air filter so we told them to show us the air filter (we stood right beside them in the garage as they took it out) and they admitted that it was a brand new air filter. The oil was also clean, and the tread on my tires is still great because I still have my winter tires on. They applied a pressurized system to the coolant reservoir to show any leaks, and it clearly leaked because they failed to tighten a clamp on a hose. We asked the technician how long it actually took him to work on my car, and he said about 3 hours, yet we were charged for over 6 hours of labor. And every part they used for the repair was listed at ridiculously high prices. We even researched those parts to see what the going rate was for each. When it was all said and done, the owner was still very rude and refused to give any kind of refund. They describe themselves on their website as differentiating from their competition by providing "fast, quality and most importantly HONEST WORK" yet they are far from it. Again, I will never go back to ZZ Auto. Not even for a simple state inspection.

I have been taking all of my familys vehicles to ZZ Auto ever since they first opened their doors. They have always been great, Shelly always make you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door, and Wally, the owner and Jay the lead technician will take the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicles and what needs to be done to make it right. They have always been very reasonably priced and have done fast quality work. They even provided me with a ride to work while they fixed my car so that i did not have to take time off. Took my car in for an A/C repair. They told me I needed over 1100 dollars in work for a new compressor, accumulator, amog other things. Im lucky I was inbetween paychecks and could not get the work done then, because I took it to another shop and they told me all i needed was a blend door actuator and got my A/C fixed for under $100. When I spoke to someone from there a little bit ago they did not even apologize for the mix-up.

Went for an inspection and they failed my car listing off things that had nothing to do with a physical inspection and made up things like "wheel barrings need adjusted from to much play". I have many people who work on cars in my family and theyve all said theres no such thing. Same day went to a different place and they passed my car.

I would give this place negative stars if possible. I made the mistake of purchasing six coils for my car. Within 2 weeks, three had failed. They have no way of getting a return authorization number. Their parts are junk and they dont honor their warranty. Dont buy from them, they are not a trustworthy establishment.

Stopped in without an appointment to get a state inspection done. In less than 30 minutes they made a minor repair (plate/tag lightbulb out) and had the inspection done. Not only was the service quick, but the customer service was excellent and they made me feel like they wanted to earn my business in the future.
