I would not even give them 1 star. This has without a doubt been the worst experience I have had since I have been able to say the word "customer. The 1 out of 5 stars is the lowest I can give them, but really its a 1/100. I was forced to take my car here by USAA because they were the only certified technicians in the area. I gave them my car, with minor cosmetic damage and some damage to the struts/suspension and undercarriage from being run off the road. They told me it would be 12 days to fix it and estimated it would cost just barely under what USAA would consider totalled. They then went about doing a million nonsense cosmetic tasks (ex: "R & I RT Tail lamp assy, which was totally unneeded given that the rear of my car sustained no damage). When I had to return to college, i started to get worried because they were taking longer than they quoted. They said first they couldnt find anyone to work on the car (2005 Saab) and then they said they ordered the wrong parts, and after a full MONTH of passing the buck, they finally said it was ready for pickup. Caliber, being a body shop, had done extensive repairs to my bumper and rails but totally neglected the mechanical labor. They didnt even bother to check that both my lamps worked until the day they turned the car over to me. They told me that it wasnt the bulb, but the whole assembly had to be replaced. When I asked why they didnt check that, they said it "probably wasnt related to the accident" even though it was working before. I drove off furious with a car that is barely okay to drive, and now I am having more problems because of their bad workmanship and poor ethics. The icing on the cake is they sold me a slow-leak tire, which goes flat about once a month... In short, taking my car to Caliber Collision was my worst mistake in 2015, they are conmen and excuse-makers of the highest order. And since they took such an astoundingly long time to fail to make critical repairs to my car, they are also the biggest mistake I made thusfar in 2016! I am going to call USAA and complain about them... on the plus side, the body did look fantastic after they finished with it, thats where the 1 star of 100 comes from.

Took our car in to get an estimate (no appointment). Guys were working on other cars but gave me a quick minute to show Im a valuable customer. I planned to go in, make an appointment for an estimate, and come back another day (since thats how most places work) but their flexibility and personable atmosphere gave me the ability to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle. They had a couple choices to fix the problem, and since they had a minute they tried one remedy on the spot, and it happened to work like a charm. I know that they might not be able to do that in the future, because obviously there will be other customers before me next time, and manpower is a tricky thing to juggle for a small business, but I do appreciate knowing these guys will accommodate spur-of-the-moment ideas if they have the time and experts on-hand at that minute. It just seemed to me like they had every right to make me wait or come back another day, but they wanted to help me more than "show me protocol" the way some places do. I was out of there in a half-hour, and while I dont expect them to do that kind of generous gesture in the future, it is a great feeling knowing theyre on my side. I feel like Im on the defensive as soon as I walk in to other places. Not here! Also, Ive found the prices to be better than fair. These guys are the best.

Showed up at this place at 8:00 a.m., when they opened, hoping to get a quick estimate for a minor ding in my bumper (without an appointment). No other customers were there, and they did not appear to be busy. When I asked for an estimate, the guy pulls out an appointment book and says estimates are "by appointment only." I explained it would only take a minute, but he said no one would look at my car without an appointment. So I left and took my car to Terrys Body Shop one block away, where they gave me an estimate on the spot. Thank you, Terrys! Booooo Craftsman! Wont come here again.

I am not happy with the work they did on my last vehicle. Everything looked like it was done properly, however I quickly noticed a loud metal to metal noise coming from the repair area. I also noticed the repair area was loose and makes loud knocking sounds when going down a rough road. I do not feel they took enough time to ensure things were done properly. I will not be taking any my vehicles here in the future.

Just went out on a Friday afternoon to have them take a look at a windshield molding clip issue on my daughters car before she heads back to school tomorrow. Without a appointment they pulled it in the back and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Awesome people. They had just had another one of our cars a few weeks back and the work was top notch.
