I would not recommend this body shop. Below is why. We hit a deer (2014 Nissan Frontier) in the vicinity of this shop and my insurance (USAA) who will be informed of the sub standard shop sent us there. 1. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks max. It took 7/8 with no real explanation. 2. The truck was not cleaned inside or out before I picked it up. 3. There was glass shards inside the truck from the accident that were not vacuumed out when the windshield was replaced. 4. The steering wheel was not lined up properly (logo parallel while driving straight) and I had to point this out when I picked it up. 5. The license plate bracket for the front of the truck was not replaced until weeks after I picked it (they didnt notice). 6. The antenna for the remote start was just hanging loosely from the windshield 7. The passenger side visor was damaged during the accident but not replaced until much later by another dealer. 8. The edge trim of the K&N cold air intake was not installed when it was replaced. This caused a terrible vibrating sound when stopped and I just recently figured out this was the reason. Contacted Todd Auto Body and they were unwilling to pay the $34.95 to order the part and ship directly to my house. After all, this would be the second part they would have to ship directly to me after the fact. 9. My truck broke down "mechanically" from damage not repaired from the deer accident. We were about 3 hours from home when this happened. I debated to post a review or not (my first ever) because everyone there was so nice, polite and professional when I dealt with them. However, the attention to detail which should accompany repairing someones vehicle simply was not there and this level of incompetence is unacceptable! Jason Gaskins

I took my 2004 Honda Odyssey to Todd Auto Body after it was rear ended. It took him a little bit longer than he said it would but that happens. He apologized because the paint did not match very well and I let that go because it is an older vehicle. Two days after taking it home it rained and I had an inch of water in the back of my van. I took it back to him, he did what he called a pressure test which consisted of squirting water on the window. It turned out that I needed a new window seal. He refused to replace the window seal unless I would pay for it. He would not take my word for it that the window did not leak before the accident. I took it to another repair shop that also told me I needed a new window seal because my van was slightly crimped after getting rear ended. I went back to Jeff Todd and after much hassle he replaced the window seal. The next rain storm I had another inch of water in the back of my van. I took it back to him and he admitted that they had never pressure tested the window after replacing the window seal. They pressure tested it while I waited and found it was still leaking. He did not want to take another look at the window and fix it a second time. After a heated conversation, he agreed to take another look at it. It turns out, they should have scraped off the old sealant and put new sealant under the new window seal and that is why it was leaking again. This time they did it right and it no longer leaks. I had to go back a total of four times to get the van done right. Also he had promised to shampoo my carpets because of all the water that got into my van but he failed to do so.

I just picked up my car this morning, 1/22/14, and I dont have anything bad to say about Todds. Ive never had to use a body shop or deal with an insurance company, but Todds sets the bar pretty high for others to compete with. My car was done in the appropriate amount of time, the staff all seems friendly and knowledgeable, they dealt with the insurance company directly but made sure they kept me in the loop...it was just stellar service. A word on the loaner cars...sure, they arent perfect...but they are free. I think I may have had the same car that the other person was talking about with the coolant leak, but I was just glad to have a way to and from work that didnt cost me or my insurance company a dime. They dont have to offer you anything...and you certainly dont have to accept it. When I picked up my loaner they even told me that it wasnt new or low mileage, but they told me if I had any issues to call them. Hopefully I dont have to do business with these guys again for a long time...but if I ever need auto body repair, this is the place Im going!

A few days ago I took my truck into Todd Auto Body. The frame had enough rust on it that it wasnt able to pass inspection and needed body work. Jeff was extremely helpful and friendly, giving me a fair price, and even recommending additional work that could be done to help it last a little longer. He explained how to do it, and then asked if I wanted to do it myself, or have them do it while they were doing the repair work. I cant say enough good about Todd Auto Body. When given the initial quote I assumed it was for the work and parts with taxes being extra - but it turns out that this was the price with tax included... a pleasant surprise to finish a pleasant experience. All in all it took a rotten situation and really turned it around. My friends and coworkers have also reported good experiences with Todd Auto Body, and absolutely no bad ones. I would recommend Todd to anyone.

I usually dont post negative comments but in this situation Im so other people know what they are dealing with. I will never do business again with Todd auto body. $6100 in damage. Estimate was done by our insurance company and stated 5 day job and when I spoke to the owner Jeff who claimed he will give me a call on the fifth day. Bad communication I had to call them just to find out our car wasnt done after 5 days. They didnt bother to call us. Took them 10 days. And when we picked up the car we found few things that suppose to be done and it wasnt. They got it done then but they should have inspected the car to make sure the job was 100% complete. They replaced our windshield they throw away our inspection sticker now we have to get the whole car reinspected instead of just getting replacement sticker.
