rdow689 Jan 12, 2012 I dont normally do reviews but I am compelled to write this one. I will admit that a first I was hesitant to have our Toyota Prius repaired at Sterling Autobody repair center. Especially since we had front end damage and the engine had to be removed for the repair. I considered sending the car to a Toyoto dealer since they are experienced with hybrids. But let me say I am not sorry in any way that the repair was done at Sterling. The repair was done with maticulous care.I was most impressed with the facility, the staff, and their expertise. I went on 2 occasions to witness the repairs and I was received with complete courtesy and reassurance that our car was progressing fabulously. I was relieved to know that our car was in expert hands and it removed any doubts that I had. The staff of Heather, Joe, Tim and Tina and others were exceptionally friendly and informative. Heather and Tina called me on a regular basis to inform us on the cars progress. I have never experienced that with any other collision center. We had a few issues with the car after we picked it up and when I called they allowed us to bring in the car that day. When I arrived they immediately took the car in and resolved the issue. By the way, the car now looks like showroom condition. Wow !!!! I cant say enough about the entire staff and professionalism they represent. I would highly recommend them for any car repair without hesitation. Keep up the good work and the rewards will come.

I needed to replace a control arm and rims and tires among a few other things on my front and back right side of my car. the genius who worked on my car didnt secure the axle nut correctly so when I was putting in new break pads and rotors today the axle nut popped right off without me even touching it! If that had happened while I was driving the tire could have popped right off forcing me into oncoming traffic or a tree! On top of that he didnt tighten the lug nuts all the way which messed up my alignment that I just had done! Now i have to get another alignment! Besides this everything was good. Moral of the story its a good place with a straight up idiot working there! double check everything afterwards if you go here!

So far I have not had a single good dealing with this company and I still dont have my vehicle back. The original estimate they did on the damage was not thorough at all and missed a lot of things. Ive talked to Bill on the phone several times and he seems to be annoyed if I call to check the status on my car, which is now three days past promised and they had to order more parts. If they had done a more thorough estimate I bet my car would have been considered totaled because now we are getting very close to the value of the car. I only went here because its the place my insurance company made the appt for, I didnt feel comfortable when I first went and am now regretting letting them do the repairs.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!..They are backed by Allstate and if you have an insurance claim you WILL be f_+!ed..they didnt total out a 12yo vehicle and spent 6000 to attempt to fix it.book was 3700!..had no issues with truck before accident ,and its been a mess since I got it back..brought it back and they refused to fix it..Now I wouldnt trust them hacks to fix it anyways..cutting my losses..HACKS!

Fantastic work, great people to work with as well. Emily and John communicated with me almost every other day in terms of updates to my truck that needed significant body work done to it after being in an accident. Originally thought it was going to take over a month to completely fix and they had it done in a little over 2 weeks. Highly recommended! Thanks again Service King!

They took very good care of my car--it looked brand new when they were done--and then when I had an issue with it later and could not get the car back in to them to have it fixed, they worked directly with the dealership I was at to have it fixed and billed appropriately--wonderful customer service. They really did go above and beyond for me.

Took my car there because of an accident. I got daily text messages about my cars progress. Car was delivered on the day promised. When I picked my car up not only did it look great but they actually detailed the car inside and out. Great job!
