Its obviously never a good thing when you end up at an auto body shop, but Long Pond Auto Body made the experience wonderful. I was able to drop off my car the same day of the accident (May 3) and they gave me an estimated completion date of May 17, but I got a call that my car was done and ready for pick up 5 days earlier than expected! They did a fantastic job fixing up my vehicle, it looks just like new and like nothing ever happened. :) All of the employees I dealt with were very friendly and professional, and kept me updated through the entire process. Ill recommend Long Pond Auto Body to anyone who needs repairs, and while I certainly hope that I wont need to take my car to a repair shop again anytime soon, Ill definitely go back to this one!

I have worked with the staff at Long Pond Auto body on several ocassions from collision work to things as simple as minor dings and door hinge repairs and having vehicles dolled up and even glass and molding repairs from cars being broke into. I highly recommend Tom,Fred and Tammy at Long Pond Auto Body for any of your repair needs I always leave completely satisfied knowing that they put a lot of TLC into my vehicles as they look like they did when I purchased along with the interiors being detailed. Encountered some damage in a blinding rain storm on 2016 Camaro. Called Debbie at Kerhaerts, talked with Linda , Ray and John and got it up on a lift. No damage on the underside but left rocker panel had come lose. They suggested I call Long Pond Auto Body. I stopped over for an estimate, met Fred and Tammy and after consulting with Tom they thought they could give it the ole "college try" and reattach the panel. They did and it turned out beautifully. Got me in within 2 days and delivered everything they promised. I highly recommend them !

Had a great experience at Long Pond Auto to get my bumper repaired! Fred is awesome and his staff was friendly and very accommodating! My van looks amazing and it was clean and shinny when I picked it up. Ive become a regular customer at Long Pond because they always get everything done so quickly. Ive never had to wait long and if its something more major than just a regular oil change it is usually done EARLY! Every other auto shop Ive been to could care less about how long youre waiting but here they know your time is valuable and want to give you the quality you pay for.

Everybody here is great. The guys in the shop, in the office, and the owner Tom who Ive gotten to know since Ive been coming here forever. They are very courteous but most importantly everyone knows their stuff and I think thats important when youre dealing with peoples vehicles because you have to be able to trust them.

The people were very interested in helping me. A collision expert came out quickly and indicated his estimate of the repairs and the time schedule for getting it fixed. I dropped off the car on Tuesday and on Wednesday they called and said it was complete. I picked it up in that day!
