RUDE and NOT PROFESSIONAL I requested quote and received a phone call from Susan. She spoke about 3 minutes about how this company is wonderful and movers are full time job there with 12 years experience,etc. then we started taking about my moving from a building to the building next door ( 2 bedroom condo to 2 bedroom condo in the adjacent building 400 feet between the 2 buildings). Then she said that I will need 3 men or 4 men +$200 per hour and I will need 5 hours. I responded but $+1000 to move from building to adjacent building is too much. Suddenly she changed her tone and said, ok there are a lot of cheap movers out there good luck bye and hung up. I called here again and told her, what you did is rude and i hung up. This is a type of company that shows false respect to who is paying a lot of money and if they find out that the person can not afford, they trash this person. I sent email to the principal and wanted to tell him, sir in business if you do not respect all customers regardless if they will buy from you or not, you are going to distruction. By the way, the Lord blessed me find a wonderful moving company that will cost me 25% of what you wanted to charge me with 865 reviews at 4.8 stars, you know why? Because they do not have overhead like Susan that her job just to be rude. Wael

Storage and moving made easy! Our relationship with Randall Moving started in the summer of 2014. We were in the process of downsizing our home in Northern Virginia and required not only competent movers, but needed a secure and professional company that would be able to store and safeguard our treasures while we began a two year sabbatical. Randall fit the bill perfectly. They stored and cared for our things for two years, then handled the transition to our more permanent location in Richmond without a hitch. Which is saying a lot because we required their amazing employees to bring some items to a local storage area and the rest to our home a mile away. Moving is never easy and usually stressful, but these two made the process painless. Their pricing is competitive. The office staff professional. The moving crew is hard working, respectful, and most importantly careful. These qualities make Randall Movers a win in anyones book! Thanks Randall! You guys rock!

Dana and his crew were beyond amazing! We honestly couldnt have asked for any better service. They arrived early for the job, ready to work, and completed the entire job in the time quoted prior to the move. If we EVER need to move again, I will be requesting Dana, Earl, Carroll, Wayne, and Wilmer. They carefully handled every item we had moved...with no damage to report. We have had horrible experiences with previous moves - with OTHER moving companies - and this was the FIRST POSITIVE experience we have had. I am very picky and they listened to all of my requests and knew exactly how to handle my concerns with utmost respect. I give them the highest rating possible.

Randall Moving and Storage was outstanding. From first contact, they were polite and easy to work with. They were not pushy or over-dramatic, simply down to earth discussing my needs and explaining what was available. They accommodated a very short notice move. The movers were the best I have worked with through my several decades of moving. They were polite, patient, and understanding of my stress. They were funny and calm, which helped me be calm. They were also very careful. There was no damage to my belongings, which included a lot of crystal and glassware. All in all, they were one of the best moving companies Ive ever used.

As a realtor, I recommend all of my clients to use Randalls for their moving and storage needs. Great locally owned company with workers who truelly care about the way their customers items are handled. Ive had multiple clients use Randalls for more long distance moves (Fairfax to Woodbridge) and much shorter ones (Same Building). Theyve been very satisfied so keep it up guys! Its hard to find a dependable company like this especially in the Northern VA area!

We used this company last year when we moved from Manassas to the Valley. Great job from start to finish. The owner was involved and the workers really stepped up to the plate on moving day. I also have a friend with DOT and he said this company had one of the highest scores on interstate movers that hed ever seen. They proved him right on my moving day.
