Valley Storage, Robinwood Dr, Hagerstown, MD provided a much needed storage locker for us during our move away from Hagerstown. The locker was sized as advertised (many are NOT, stating that the size is based on dimensions before doors, insulation, framework, etc. are installed), clean and surprisingly, not too humid in the summer months. Pricing was fair and competitive for the area. The Staff at Robinwood was always very pleasant, helpful and professional. We would recommend Valley Storage, Robinwood, for those who need additional storage space. We would also recommend a thorough treatment for insects and pests BEFORE placing your items in the unit. The person before you may have had bedbugs, roaches, and who-knows what in their stuff and eggs and such are always left behind. We got this advise from another user of the facility stating another customers experience in getting an infestation of bed bugs after taking their stuff out of storage. There is no certainty that the BBs came from Valley Storage, but one cant be too careful when using any public facility.

What a great experience to move into a storage unit. The staff was helpful and didnt try to hide any of the deals or benefits going on! They helped me find the right size for my needs without trying to up-sell me. In fact when I asked if they thought I should look at a bigger unit they even suggested that I wouldnt need it (and they were right!). There is even a truck on premises that can be rented for help moving into or out of their units, and with signing my deal that involved a free day within 2 weeks to get stuff moved in (under 10 miles of use) -- what a deal! Rates are comparable and affordable. I really have appreciated Valley Storage helping me get stuff stored!

I tried to pay my daughters rent which was overdue. Their system would not accept any of my charge cards or debit card which were all in good standing. I left two urgent messages for the manager, Sadie Uglow, to call me ASAP to get it straightened out, otherwise, I would have to travel an hour to pay in person to pay the rent. Long story short, she didnt call, so I had to drive all the way there to pay cash. All persons I talked to on the phone today (4 in all) and the receptionist at Valley Storage were very nice, however, I was very disappointed that the manager did not show me the courtesy of a return phone call.

We were moving to Maryland and realized we would need a storage unit for a couple of months before our home was ready. We called Valley Storage while driving from California and with only a couple of days notice, they were able to accommodate us and set everything up over the phone. We were coming in after hours so they set this up as well. The entire process was effortless for us and all the staff are so pleasant and professional. They have auto pay which is great as well. The facility was always clean and secure. Would highly recommend this location.

My experience with Valley Storage has been very good. My climate controlled building is kept immaculately clean and I have found the office staff to be pleasant in two out of three interactions. This is refreshing in todays day and age of often having to deal with extremely poor customer service. My only personal dissatisfaction is not having (that I can see)small trash receptacles inside or outside of the building.

I had to go through one of the worse moment of my life, at the last minute with all hope gone, Valley Storage became my rescue. I thought the receptionist was more than pleasant and explaining how things operate. When I first made the call is the reason why I chose them.I went to three other places that was not no where neat, clean and as pleasent. Im glad I came back to them.

This storage facility is incredibly clean and well kept. The UPS store is awesome and convenient! When I was trying to decide on a unit size, the manager, Sadye, was incredibly helpful and took the time to show me the different sized units and discuss the prices (which were also incredibly reasonable). I will tell all my friends and family to come here in the future!!

Poor Customer service the rent was paid with no given access to the storage. Had to call police to file incident report and will sue for not having access for the first 2 weeks after having sign the contract. No refund was given. Will not rent from this company. Beware. Company may close your account and keep your money if you dont put a lock on it.

**WARNING***They will up your rent after a year. The staff said its a corporate decision and they have no control. This is a terrible way to treat your tenants who have paid most of the year, and I paid "IN ADVANCE". And the first unit I rented from them leaked water all over my moms antique furniture. Go anywhere else.

Super convenient location.I recently visited this location to learn about storage units and also what The UPS Store had to offer. I was warmly greeted by the manager. She took her time to show me multiple units as well as going over UPS Store products. I would definitely rent here and ship here again!
