When moving to Rochester we had a house closing fall through only 3 days before starting a new job. It looked like we were going to be embroiled in an expensive legal battle with all of our possessions in a truck and no where to go. On short notice U-Haul and McKayla OConnor the manager of this location took amazing care of my family. We were able to obtain a storage unit on short notice for the items we needed to leave in town immediately and for whatever we couldnt fit, our truck was reauthorized for a round trip home at no extra cost. On probably the worst day of my life, with no place to live, in a city where I knew no one, everyone at U-Haul was incredibly kind and understanding and made an impossibly bad situation much better and manageable. I will never hesitate to use U-haul and this location again as they helped me at a time I had no other options. Thank you for running a great business.
