The storage place it self is good. However the website sucks. Every time I try and pay my bill online with their website I always have trouble with getting it to load. The reason, and I have told the manager this on a number of occasions is that they have to many things moving on the website and it bogs down the RAM on peoples computers. Take off the moving stuff. I just tried to pay my bill this morning and wouldnt you know I couldnt get the thing to load right. I know its not my computer because every other website I use doesnt have any issues. Just this one.

I had to have a storage unit here for over two years. They didnt have a 20x10 available so they gave me two 10x10 on a discounted price. The STAFF is amazing. I enjoyed calling in or going in to talk with them. The staff is what made this review 5 stars. Keep being an awesome individual! I honestly felt like I was talking with a family member when I would talk with the staff. They were so welcoming and the hospitality was amazing. Thank you for the great time I was able to be your customer!

I have had a small storage unit at Valley Storage for several months. Its close and their customer service is always very good. I have always had a pleasant experience with the women that work the office at the Williamsport facility. I can go there at any time of the day or evening and I have never had an issue. They are also the most reasonably priced. I checked other facilities closer to me and they had the best price. Im pretty pleased with the decision I made to use Valley Storage.

Sandy and her team at Valley Storage are so kind and competent that it made our moving experience so much easier. Sandy went above and beyond to help in our move and I cant recommend them highly enough! Thank you!! The unit was very clean and secure. Locks and other moving supplies were available onsite and for a very reasonable price, too. Go to Valley Storage and you wont be disappointed! :)

Great secure place to store your belongings, reasonable rent for spaces. The only thing I dont like about it is if you move out of your unit before the end of the month they DO NOT prorate, you pay the month and only use 1 week your out Fir the remainder of the month! They said they prorate coming in but not going out WTH !!!!

The location is great. Sandy worked with me to get use of the space as soon as possible. My husband died and my daughter moved in and her household needed to be stored. The space was sufficient and very clean. Access is great. Any time I call the customer service there is very satisfactory.

The staff at Valley Storage were very professional. The manager got my account set up for me very easily considering I live in Florida. Their prices were the cheapest in the area. They did not hassle me about insurance or have any hidden fees. I would definitely do business with them again
