I had my items in a POD for 2 plus years! Upon finally being able to have the POD sent to my home it was amazing how quickly and perfectly they brought it to me. The system works they called me to confirm the delivery date and time they called me the morning of the delivery and the driver worked with me to get it as close to the curb for me to be able to unload it. I asked for them to pick it up the next day and they were spot on time again! If you can load and unload it yourself it is the way to go my items were not damaged at all! However I do and did keep it insured the entire time!

Not only was my POD miss labeled so I was unable to check it. Upon it being returned all my belongings were molded, furniture and clothing had to be thrown away. As well be aware of your final delivery is not at the end of your billing cycle you will pay a full month even if you have returned the POD as well a final delivery fees are added. I will NEVER use PODS again and urge people to do the same.

Never will use them again ... First they get the day of delivery wrong ...then they couldnt get the time right ... Completely unreliable because they couldnt communicate that they dont do morning delivery. .. Failed to disclose that only to make a sale .... Customer service unhelpful
