Worst experience that I have ever had with a moving company. Unprofessional and did not have it together. To start with, they showed up with too small of a truck...it was obvious there was not enough room but the movers continued packing until it was filled to the brim. When I asked what they were going to do with the rest of my stuff they shrugged their shoulders. I called the company who said "um, Im not sure why we sent a smaller truck...so they had to make a second trip turning a 4 hour move into a 7 hour move. As we were unpacking we came across our lampshades for our very nice and expensive lamps...but the lamps were nowhere to be found. We drove 45 mins back to the house we moved from, still no lamps. I called that afternoon, nobody returned my call. I called the next day, and the guy could tell me nothing. I called two more consecutive days and finally on day 4 I was able to speak to a lady who said "oh yea, we have your lamps right here hold on a second." Another employee gets on the phone and says "yea we have your lamps but one is broken". So it took four days for them to admit they had my lamps and in fact broke them. Assuming we were dealing with professionals, we opted for basic insurance...the guy told me he would look into it and call me right back. He did not. Two more days of me calling and he finally returns my call offering me $20 for a $320 lamp. Talk about a slap in the face. I will be going into the office tomorrow to deal with this unprofessional, shady company directly. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason. Next stop will be the BBB (Better Business Bureau) because this sad excuse for a company has no right to possess a business license.

This company is great! No hidden fees and everything is very straight forward. They were professional, careful, and courteous. Day of they called and asked if I wanted them to come earlier than my designated time because they finished their other job sooner than expected. I kindly declined that offer and they still showed up on time. They were appropriate and hardworking. I really appreciated how they worked quickly but carefully. None of my items were damaged or lost. It is a little pricey, but it was worth it in the end. I had a small job, but I still give them a high rating. If you’re thinking I don’t need the two-hour minimum, you will actually need it. The U-haul website sucks! So, call this company directly for your information

These guys hustled hard on a hot July day. We packed early to be ready for them and they got everything packed and moved in less time than I thought. I thought about moving myself but Im glad I hired these guys. Friendly and professional.

Worst experience ever, not only that the driver had a melt down but they also damaged my properties including dropping the dresser. You would be better off doing it yourself
