Poor excuse for management. Must be trailer trash running it. The storage units leak and pour water into the floors so make sure u have plastic containers! THEIR WEBSITE IS HORRIBLE! The people running the place have no clue the laws of the state their running a business in. I had to educate them just to get what I was legally entitled to. Typical trash thinking they know everything just because someone gave them title of manager...YOUR A MANAGER OF A STORAGE PLACE!! Im sure theres no degree required...so Accept it and realize that your not fooling anyone with your "policies"... read a book and get educated on the business laws and statutes in the state your trying to run a business in! Or seek new employment a little less complicated.
