They will not pro Rate if you move out early. They raised rent by 20 dollars and said they sent out letters. We DID NOT RECEIVE A LETTER. Of course how do I prove that I didnt get one. How convenient for them. I would stay clear and find a smaller, local company in future if needed. UPDATE: They did call me and we discussed the issues. They did pro rate for me and said the topic was under discussion. I hope they change policy. For this and working with me I will up the rating to 4 star. Its always nice for a buss. to care. also I had forgotten to write that the storage facility itself is clean and secure.

Ive been renting at the Ranson location for two months. I had some initial problems with leakage from the reservoir of the overhead air conditioning unit. Brandi, of the office staff, listened to my issues and finally agreed that it was necessary to have an HVAC repair service. Since that time, there has been no leakage. Props to Brandi and the staff for correcting what could have been a huge water problem. Otherwise, the facility is clean and easy to access. I plan to be here for some time.

Up until today (28 Apr 14) I was pretty much satisfied with this storage company. My unit was rented from the 24th of the month until the 24th of the next month, I called and said that I had moved out of the unit on the 27th and wanted the rate pro-rated. I was told that their policy didnt allow units to be pro-rated and if I took the lock off the door they could rent the unit to someone else and still keep my money. I rented at this location for almost 2 years.

I have enjoy doing business with AAAA Self-Storage. I have 2 long-term units Im renting. The Temp Control are reliable (no so at other unnamed rents) The office staff are always friendly & helpful! Units are clean. The emailed notice of billing, payment receipt & website payments are terrific. This was my first time renting a storage unit and the experience has been great so far. I originally thought we were going to need two units, but after moving some of our items in that day, my husband and I realized that we did not need the second unit. AAAA was able to cancel the contract to our second unit and refund us our deposit, no questions asked. We were extremely happy, and continue to remain satisfied with our experience so far!

It has been a full year since I started using AAAA and they have been great! They are extremely timely with billing and online receipts and are always friendly and helpful when I call in or stop by during business hours. I did experience an increase in my monthly rate shortly after securing a space but I am hopeful that this will not occur again for awhile. Keep up the great work and thanks for being so dependable!

I have two units at this facility. One for about two years, the other for a year and a half. I have had nothing but continued good experiences with this facility and its staff. They are courteous and helpful. The grounds are always clean and looked after.They check to make sure everything is locked up and safe. They have boxes, tape, locks, etc., for sale if you need them. Great place!!

Ive had a storage unit at AAAA Self Storage in Ranson for a while now. Im happy with it and highly recommend this location for storing your items. In fact, I just referred someone and they gave me $25 credit on my next months rent. Highly recommend! The people in the office are very friendly too and will help you with whatever you need!

The climate controlled unit is very nice. The whole place is kept neat and clean. I was particularly impressed with Christina walking to show us the unit and stopping to pick up little bits of debris and trash along the way. The unit should work very well for some of our old wooden furniture.

Easy to make an appointment to get a unit. The person who called me to give me a reminder about my monthly bill was very friendly. I get a email asking to write a good review and I would get some type of restaurant gift certificate. Guess what? No certificate.
