DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience ever. Was quoted 900 it ended up being 1800.00. They scratched up my walls in my old and new house to the point where i had to hire painters to come in and repiant a lot of walls and trim. We unpacked everything and found a lot of damage to our furniture. Some picture frames were severally scratched. The glass in one was broken and hidden in my new garage. They disassembled things then lost the hard ware for them. But the two items that were damaged beyond use was my 61", 8 month old, smart TV and my 7 mo old refrigerator. The smart TV was most likely dropped. It has blood lines running down from the top of the TV. My Refrigerator suffered several large dings and many scratches. They took off the doors then reinstalled them. The refrigerator will not go off and keeps running because the doors will not close. I dealt with Bret through this. In the beginning he was very cordial and all smiles, but in the end he tucked tail and ran behind his company policies. Spineless!!!!!! They then sent a letter stating that I signed something for coverage on their employees errors at 30% of the value. The TV was 2k the refrigerator was 4k. They sent me a check for $240 and stated that it was more than they should do and that I should consider it generous. This company will be hearing from my Lawyer. Oh yea two weeks ago I called and spoke to the owner and he said he was going to "get to the bottom of this" and call me right back. That was two weeks ago. I have not, nor do I expect to hear from him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We used Beckers Movers to move our furniture to our new home. The person we initially spoke to was very nice and professional. The movers showed up on time on the day of the move. They worked hard and moved all of our belongings to our new home, but they failed to lay any tarps down on our brand new carpet and got mud prints all over the carpet. They told me to just call the company & theyd take care of it. After the move, we found that they had damaged two dressers, a night stand, a marble table top, our grandfather clock was broken and they had put three dents in the walls. I called the office and was told they were going to send me a claim form. I received the claim form and promptly filled it out and faxed back to them. I didnt hear back from them after two weeks so I called them and was told it was in the claim department. I hadnt heard anything back from them after another week so I called again and they told me they misplaced it. I emailed them a copy of the form and followed up with a call to confirm the email was received. By this time I had to have the carpets cleaned at my expense in order to be able to close on the home we were selling. About a week later I received a check in the amount of $150 from Beckers Movers for everything. This didnt even cover the cost of the carpet cleaning. I wasnt expecting them to replace anything they damaged but I did expect them to do the right thing and at least send somebody to repair all the damage they caused. Very disappointed!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I used them before moving from one house to another with no problems. BUT-in November our house sold quickly and the people wanted in within 3 wks. We packed up the house hired Beckers to move us and store our belonging. Then in April we moved into our home. I am very fussy about my home and belongings. Beckers told they wrap everything. NO TRUE. I had one of bookcases comeback with mud all over it. My loveseat had dry wall all over it. I had missing hardware on beds, ( my husband put all hardware in a baggie and taped it all together, but when it got delivered they were all separated). They broke 3 floor lamps, chipped my new bedroom set, damaged every piece on my 5 piece Oak Entertainment Center along with breaking off the rollers from the bottom of the pieces, put a hole in my folding table, they STOLE my Wii & games/Xbox One & games, I have missing decorations and pictures, put holes in my leather couch and furniture, missing hardware/legs/back of pinball machine, on and on. I had to pay out of my pocket so far $650 for the pinball machine, $108 for the floor, $432 for the leather couch, and $81 to repair chips to my bedroom furniture. They just sent me a check for $435!!! They told me to put a claim in on my homeowners. REALLY!!!!!!! These people are scammers. I just got off the phone with one of the owners, Ron and basically its not his problem. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Look at this companies recent history, then hopefully you will stay away. Becker is by far the worst moving company weve ever dealt with, and we have moved (cross-country) many times in the last 15 years. When our property went into storage at Beckers warehouse, apparently they dismantled most large items(furniture, appliances, etc) in an attempt to save space in their warehouse, causing permanent damage to many items. We have a large number of antiques that are damaged beyond repair. An 1800s antique parlor set now has someones name carved into the wood! Many of the sealed boxes were opened, and many items are missing. I have a guitar case, but the guitar inside is missing. We filed damage claims nearing $20,000, and the offer they came back with was $1500, after a deductible. We paid nearly $1000 extra for premium insurance coverage, which included $0 deductible. Their partner, Wheaton World Wide Moving is responsible for the move and insurance claims. Their comment was basically we cant prove where the damage occurred. We have written statements from their own delivery people verifying damage of items before these items were even taken off the truck, along with statements about the improper and careless way the truck was loaded at Becker. We filed a BBB complaint against Becker, with no response from the owners of Becker. No response from Wheaton either. No choice now but to take our chance in the legal system.

Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT! I have recently moved from Rochester, NY to Atlanta, GA and contracted Wheaton Movers for the job. Not only was their quote 3 times lesser than any other mover, their service was impeccable! The packers arrived one hour earlier than scheduled and finished the job in less than 30 mins. The movers came in bang on time and were done in no time. During the estimation I was told that once the stuff is picked up on 17th Sep, 2016 it would take up to 10th Oct, 2016 to complete the delivery. However, I received all my stuff in less than one week on 23rd Sep, 2016 and all in perfect condition (including my favorite couch and a bottled of personalized wine which was gifted by my wife)! In fact, my apartment in Atlanta did not even allow them to get inside the premises as the gate was small so they carried it all the way from the street up to my apartment without a single extra penny. A very special mention for Mr. Benjamin Barry who was my point of contact for this move and was extremely warm and courteous throughout this entire process and was amazing to work with. Also kudos to the entire team which kept communicating with me about every single detail of packing, moving and delivery throughout the process. I am definitely picking Wheaton for my next move and will recommend everyone to use their services as well!
