I used this moving company once when I moved to my apartment in March. I hate moving, who doesnt? So I figured I would try a moving company for the first time. The rates to move me were reasonable with Always Moving, so I took a chance and used them. They showed up promptly, took great care of my things, were very prepared (literally had hundreds of blankets ready to use, plus bungee cords to strap things if needed), and were very courteous. They moved me efficiently and didnt waste any time, which is good because you pay by the hour. I was highly satisfied and regret not using them sooner. I was so happy my friend Audrey used them a few month later. She sent me a text afterwards thanking me for recommending them because they made her move so easy and stress free as well. I give them 10 stars!

I dont even want to give them a star. Very unprofessional. I was never told they charge for travel back to their home base only travEl time to my house so that was 15 mins tackled on my time on top of the 15 mins they decided to charge me from traveling from the last person they moved even though I was told I wouldnt be. So I paid them for 2 1/2 hours should have been only 2! The one mover was in a rush to leave because he had to move himself so my job was rushed. Things were just dumped anywhere in the house. No one was friendly at all. They were not attentive and had to tell them things more than once. Not happy at all when I called to tell the manager he could care less. Bottom line he got piad but not interested in keeping customera or bad reviews. Never again is all I can say

This company was great moving my mother from her apartment to he new senior apartment. They were professional, friendly, and resectful. Everything was done withing a three hour time period. I felt their rate was reasonable and fair , they even reduced the hourly due to the original quote being for 3 movers and they only had 2. This was very honest of them sine I would not have known the difference. They were puncutal and even helped with taking large items to the disposal area. My only issue was I did have to call twice but the second time my call was returned immediately so it may have been a timing issue but was so well worth the extra call! I HIGHLY reccommend

Their crew are very respectful of your possesions and are very personable and friendly to work with. I was able to dictate where everything goes, and they did a great job with all of my moves in very fast time! Highly recommend! Due to a miscommunication, my parents were left without movers at the last minute. Called these guys (Always Moving) at 10pm on a holiday, no less, and they were there to help the very next morning. Great guys, very friendly and hardworking. Handled their belongings with great care and really helped us out of a bind. Would definitely use these guys again.

I left 3 messages over the course of 3 days, and never got a call back. So I guess they didnt need my business. I moved on and got a much better result from someone else. Based on that, I would not recommend these guys. There are other companies out there who value their potential customers.

Nice guys who were very careful moving our furniture! They came prepared with plenty of blankets and straps to make sure everything was secure in the truck. And they moved at a quick but careful pace that made our move go smoothly. I highly recommend!
