THESE PEOPLE STOOD ME UP ON MY BIG MOVING DAY! If I could give them less than one star I would. I had them scheduled to arrive on 5/11/12 at 9 am. I took off from work and I HAD to be out of my apartment by 1pm. Well, at 9:10 am they still had not arrived so I called. A woman answered the phone and said "Oops. We double booked this time slot. Can you move on the 18th instead?" Um, hello! Move on the 18th? Are you kidding!? So she passes the phone to some rude guy who says "Hey! What are you so upset about. We wrote the date down wrong. It happens! We will still come when we can later today but you gotta give me cash when Im done!" Duh... you only take cash anyway!! I hung up on him and called another company who rescued me from a potentially disastrous moving situation. THANK YOU INTERIOR MOVERS! YOU GUYS ROCK & YOU WERE A LOT CHEAPER THAN K-D :-)

Unpleasant customer experience with them. - They expected me to babysit them and spend my entire day watching them pack. - They finished packing early because I did 1/2 the packing myself in advance, and still the cost came to the total amount even though they said it would cost less if I did any packing on my own in advance. - Reeked of cigarettes and left buttes on my property - Disagreement over a scratched floor not handled professionally. - Milked every minute (i.e. finished work at 4:10pm but note 4:30pm on the billing sheet).

Ive been using KD Movers since the early 90s (and my family worked with them before that.) Ive had a business where we had to move heavy shelving in and out and since then Ive used them for every move (or reshuffling of furniture) since then--Ive lost count on how many times—theyve always been on time, professional, and great. My highest recommendation.

Ive used KD four times in the past and have booked them for a 5th move next month. Ive been totally satisfied with their service, professionalism, and price every single time. I wouldnt consider using anyone else.
