One star is being generous. The guys doing the moving and the job was completed and they did a good job. However, there is a huge lack of communication between the local franchise and the call center/customer service. Customer service says the local franchise is telling a lie and the local franchise states that customer service doesnt know what they are talking about. As a consumer stuck between the two it was VERY frustrating. After speaking with the man from the local franchise, if I had to pick sides I would go with customer service. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be using this company again.

Chip and his colleagues arrived within the time frame, they very quickly and efficiently went to work removing all the things that I wanted removed, they were very polite and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely schedule with College Hunks again when I need junk removed from my house. Furthermore, scheduling on line is very easy and efficient.

Do NOT recommend! 8:30-10:30 appointment, showed up at 2:00. Telephone price was $200, on site price was $400. Agree to $300 after I said cancel. Only reason I agree to $300 was because I did not want to take another day off, otherwise would have look for somebody else.

They quoted me $190 on the phone for 2 movers/2 hours. Thats already about $50 high compared to other services. Once they finished, they demanded $245. Classic bait and switch.

Very disappointing. I was told they could move me TOMORROW, received conformation only to get a call 2 hours late to be told they cant travel more than 30 miles.
