Very customer friendly. Units were large enough to accommodate a 3bdrm house. There were a couple of issues: - There is no lighting inside the storage unit, so we had to turn our car and keep in running to unload at night. - I didnt see any security force. - There were no outside lights around the unit or building in the back where the construction is located. In the times were living now, it made it too easy for someone to walk up on you in the pitch black. I was very uncomfortable and leary.
