I was recommended by all of my co-workers to use highline because when one of us gets a good company we all refer within our circle. We have a move thats unexpected and needed someone to help move out 1 bedroom apt with very little furniture. Once they finally called us back after many calls unanswered they quoted us 4 times the price of all of my other co-workers whove got 2 story homes and multiple bedrooms. I feel like they over quoted just so Id go away. We were nice, respectful and only asked when they could do the move the soonest. So, bye bye referral business from one of the largest referring companies in the area. Ill be introducing a new moving company whos not so biased to our company circle who will gladly take care of anyone. I am saddened because I was excited to use a company everyone had so many good things to say about.

We are a local furniture shop, and have worked with Paul for over 12 years. We recommend him highly, and refer all of our customers to him - for many small moves, but also for larger and interstate moving. His moving charges are extremely reasonable, and his response time is the best in our market. Our customers have been very satisfied with his services and pricing. A number of our customers have been pleased to find that he now offers temperature controlled storage, and have taken advantage of his low rates for that as well. Pauls crew is hard working and always willing to go the extra mile for us at the shop as well as for our customers. We regularly receive compliments on his professionalism, and field many calls asking for his number from satisfied prior customers. Top notch.

By far the best delivery experience. We ordered a table from Arhaus that had to be delivered to Syracuse from Rochester. Within 15 minutes of purchasing the table from Arhaus, Highline called me to schedule a delivery. They delivered the table 1 day after they had received it from Arhaus (which was about a week after we placed the order) and they arrived to our home exactly when they said they would be arriving. Awesome service, super fast, reasonably priced and not to mention they were very nice people! Thanks guys!!

Eduard and Adrian from Highline Movers were amazing! I highly recommend these two. And this company. They are efficient - so quick my head was spinning. Even better, they precisely wrapped my furniture so that it wouldnt get scoffed in the move. They made sure to not scratch the walls. And they took instruction very well. They worked together seamlessly. We are a young family with a newborn moving from a condo to a house. These two were lifesavers and helped save us the headache. Thank you!!!

they broke off a foot of an antique and removed screen door without replacing pins. paul has been unresponsive to my many inquires about this situation. i sent in an estimate for the damaged foot and all they did about the sreen door was remove top pin and put in in the middle. i have left numerous messages and now see this review as my only option.
