Get the insurance. These guys have no problem breaking your stuff, and then hiding it when they do. They will tell you that you have 90 days to put any disputes together, but when you call them back they will say you should have reported any damage immediately, that you are supposed to inspect each item as it comes through the door. Very convenient for them, as they charge by the hour. They brought in some stuff broken, called out the number, then hid it in a closet. They lost the glass top to one of our tables. They dented our stainless steel refrigerator. The broke our desk. They broke our refrigerator door, then marked it as if it was already broken when they picked it up. Handle to a one of a kind box for an antique chess set? Gone, so sorry. Your bad, should have gotten insurance. Our move was literally less than two miles.

All Pro Moving are first rate! Brad came out and performed the estimate the day after we spoke. He is courteous and professional and provided his thoughts and guidance on provided just the right amount of detail. The crew he sent out were great. They were professional and courteous and very friendly and I believe went out of their way to be helpful and to reduce the amount of stress that comes along with moving households. They made me laugh and for a bit there, made the move "fun" at least for a little while. I would recommend All Pro Moving and if and when the time comes I will be reaching out to them in the future.

Great!!! I used All-Pro to move my stuff from my storage unit into my home. They were so great, and yes I was worried because I have moved several times before with an unpleasantant move both previous times. They showed up on time, they re-assembled my furniture, they cleaned up all of the extra boxes and even hauled back my old stove. They were friendly and they were in uniforms and clean which yes with my past experiences from other movers not all companies care about their apperance. Overall very satisfied!!! I will most definitely use All-Pro again!!!
