Because of an emergency situation on a recent Friday night in April, my daughter and her children had to leave their home. At the time, it seemed close to impossible that she was going to be able to get back into the home to get her and her childrens personal and household possessions. We called 6 moving companies between 11:00 and 11:30 p.m. on Friday night and left messages explaining our emergency, hoping wed be called back on Saturday morning. None of those 6 companies ever called us back. We truly believe it was divine intervention which made John pick up on our 7th call at 11:30 p.m. He listened to the circumstances and promised to have his movers available to us on Saturday morning! Early on Saturday morning, we began working with Dave to determine the best strategy for a move which we knew would be contentious and possibly violent. Based on his expertise and experience in such situations, the move was scheduled and took place on Sunday morning instead. The entire crew went out of their way to provide for the physical safety of my daughter. Dave personally stood up for and beside my daughter during this entire process. The packing up and transporting of her belongings to a temporary storage facility was completed safely and in amazing time! When my daughter moves into her new home in a few weeks, Fredericksburg Moving Company will move her in. Thank you John, Dave, and your crew for accomplishing the impossible in less than 48 hours!!! There are no words to express how much we appreciate your efforts on our behalf.

If I could rate them less I would. We had them scheduled to move our house to a Pod for a cross country move. For whatever reason the email wasnt received on his end, so he says. When they never showed up, we called to figure out where they were... He said they werent coming because they werent scheduled. The only problem is, we had called to confirm and order tv boxes the night before. The owner is a liar and a tough guy.. after we told him we were going to leave this in a review he called my wife a f#@king bi&@h, and hung up on her. We got a call back from mr. big bad tough guy about ten minutes later.. he threatened my wife "I take my company very serious, if you leave me a negative review, I know where you live.. I will come there and take care of you." We had to call Fredericksburg PD to file a police report. He is going to claim we are competition and we were never customers, just like he does for every negative review he gets... We were moving from Malvern Lakes and I have all his conversations recorded because he was such a nut bag. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Found out from another resident later on that they had used them and came up with stolen items. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP YOU OUT, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!!! ****UPDATED AFTER RESPONSE.... Stafford county Police were called out after my wife was threatened by the owner of this company... and Im crazy and belligerent....

Terrible experience. When I initially contacted the company I was told everything would be shrink wrapped and I would need to purchase 2 dozen cargo straps and 3 dozen furniture pads. None of my furniture was shrink wrapped, only 6 of the cargo straps, and 8 of the furniture pads were used. Not everything would fit in the truck, but I explained I was going to 2 different locations with my property, so as long as it was packed with items for each trip, it would be okay. They offered to come back and load up for the second trip, but am so glad I refused! When I arrived at the first location and opened the door, items fell out and broke open on the driveway, because they had not been secured. Furniture was damaged because the pads and shrink wrap was not used. My unloading crew was amazed at how poorly the truck was packed. Items left behind for the first location would easily have fit in the truck. Because items for the first location were left behind, I had to pay extra truck fees and mileage to get my property where it needed to be. When I paid with a credit card, I was not told prior that I would be paying a hefty fee to use the card on their machine. I provided beverages for the loading crew and had to pick up the empty bottles inside and outside of the residence, even though a trash can was available. Absolutely would not recommend this company for any move.

Im very sad that the movers from this company damaged my familys heirloom piano, by breaking off one of the legs, in my driveway. This type of piano is no longer made so repairing it is going to be very difficult. Just from looking at it, they should have known that more than 2 people would be needed to move it and the legs cannot be removed (which they claimed they usually do when moving pianos). The leg is completely torn off, splintered and NOW the piano has to sit on a stool so the other leg does not have too much pressure on it. And if that werent enough, since the break, the company has not been responsive to our phone calls or emails about repairing it or any of our questions or concerns regarding rescheduling a move with more employees to lift it appropriately. They are dodging all contact attempts and although they stated they would pay for the repair, have not responded or followed through with ANYTHING. As you can imagine this has made an already difficult break and damage even more difficult for all of us. Do not recommend this company!!! Absolutely unbelievable.

Wow, amazing! First...I gave the wrong date for moving a piano. They accommodated me the very next morning, even though it was my mistake, they fit me right in. Second, my piano was moved in under an hour, door to door. 3rd: Such a personal approach, I like to share my familys story and they were all genuinely interested in the back story of the my family and the piano. 4th: I LOVE that the company is veteran owned and donations are made to Wounded Warrior Project and Toys for Tots. 5th. They were all so friendly, I just cannot say enough about how awesome the guys were. My movers were, Brian, Eric, Anthony and John. They were so personable. I love when a business is not just all about business. They are truly about people and I will use them over and over for all of my moving needs. I recommend them 100%. Dont even bother to look elsewhere, they had the best price and the best guys. The price they gave me on the phone, was the price I paid. LOVE FREDERICKSBURG MOVING COMPANY!!!!

I hired Precision Movers to unload a large trailer and move all furniture and other items to a third-floor apartment. I worked with Mike and Terry, and the service was excellent! The morning of the move, I got a call from John offering to send the team earlier than originally scheduled if that would be helpful (It was!). The morning of the move was very hot, but Mike and Terry were still professional, polite, and very easy to work with. Mike and Terry had everything unloaded from the truck and arranged upstairs in less than an hour, which was great. I found the rates to be exceptionally reasonable – very inexpensive! To top it all off, after unpacking over the past few weeks, I have found nothing to be broken or damaged! Overall, I had a great experience with Precision Movers. Mike and Terry were efficient, polite, and eager to help. The rates were great, the move was quick, and the service was very professional. I would definitely recommend Precision Movers and use them again in the future!
