I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from the Kloke Group. My household goods were requested for an immediate delivery, but were placed in storage for a month while I waited on their available delivery date. Once my delivery date arrived only 7 out of 8 crates arrived to my residence. After being given the run around from the Fredericksburg dispatch, I relented to accept a Saturday morning delivery. Even the Belvoir PPO contacted them and was given the run around. Needless to say I am still waiting on my furniture Saturday afternoon. No one from the company has reached out to contact me nor can be reached at their offices. This has been the worst move that I have experienced in over 18 years of military moves. There is no escuse for this level of sub-par service. Why accept a contract for delivery if the company can not meet or even come close to the requested delivery date?

Moving can be a very stressful experience. The Kloke Group took the stress away and made this the easiest move Ive ever had. Everyone was very professional, kind, and went beyond the call of duty to take care of everything. I felt like my family was moving me. I really appreciate everything that was done for me from the estimate to the arrival of my belongings.
