If i could give zero stars i would. i went into this particular store with my mom since i was in town. She knows i love Ulta & wanted to see why i love it so. this was her first time going. We were greeted going in. However, no one asked us if we needed help. Now believe me there were plenty of Ulta ladies working. (Probably about 5-7) & hardly any customers. I was looking and swatching trying to find her some bronzer & highlighter. I went from the better brand make up to the drug store brand. So we went to different areas of the store still no one said anything. We were probably in there for a good 20 mins. I couldnt believe not one person asked either of us if we needed help. No one. I Even went down the aisles where people were working. I was so disappointed because i brag to my mom about Ulta alll the time. So we were still swatching on the way out, by the front door and no one asked anything. Decided anything i will buy for my mom wouldnt be from that store. That was ridiculous. A half attempt would have been better than no attempt. All i can say is a miss my GA store!

This store would leave fraud advertising around, the sign said that if you buy over $20, you would get a gift, but when I purchased the items, the sale girls said that they have only 2 gifts and it already ran out, they were about to put the sign away, but who know how many customers already got tricked by it? By the wayc the promotion was running only 2 days and they already ran out of gifts?? And I didnt remember the sign when I was purchasing the items, the sale girl didnt even mention about that, then when I remembered and came back to ask about it, they dont even say sorry! Terrible attitude!

Walked in and despite at least 6-8 workers being there no one greeted me (not that Im special or anything, just typically they say "Hi welcome to Ulta" etc). I spent 10 minutes looking for what Id come in for only to find it was sold out in both colors I needed. No one offered to help me but I did get a dirty look from one of the make up girls (I guess I did not look like I belonged, wearing old jeans and boots just coming from the barn.) maybe this was just a bad day for the staff, but I think I will stick to online shopping from now on as I had a similar experience here several months ago.

I tried to give this store a chance, but every time I go, the place is a wreck and nothing is in stock that I need. The ulta store card was forced on me and I said no 3 times; yet, get this: I still got a brochure for it in my bag. What part of NO dont you guys get? I also asked if a certain product was in stock and the manager looked at me like I was stupid. Very unfortunate, newport news.

I walked around for 20min trying to find someone to assist me. When I did finally get help, the girl referred me to the mall when I was clearly looking for a sale item at that particular store. She also offered me a beige foundation that was no where near my dark complexion after I told her the product number and she was staring right at me. I will stick to going to the williamsburg store!

Absolutely horrible service! WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I thought about buying a brow pencil and then put it back where it belonged when I decided about not buying it since it was WAY over my budget.... I was accused of stealing it on my way out.... I have never stolen anything in my life and that green haired lady was very rude and didnt believe me I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

Customer Service was the worst. I feel panpered at SEPHORA. They are nicer and if they cant get to me right away they at least greet me. Ulta was empty and still no one greeted nor assisted me and when I asked the rep for help she looked as if I was inconveniencing her. Will never return.

I had my eyebrows done at the benefits brow bar or whatever its called and the girl who did them did an amazing job! I hadnt gone to get them done in a while because I had a bad experience somewhere else but Im so happy I went ! Keyona was the girls name (I think) I highly recommend her!

I would give zero stars, if possible. The females who work here are extremely rude and need a lesson in customer service. There was only a couple other customers in the store; they were not busy, but they seemed put out answering my questions. I will not shop here again!

Its ULTA. Theyre all pretty much the same. I like Ulta. Good clean, bright, place. Great to be able to try a ton of products before paying high prices for them. I love that they also have drugstore cosmetics too. As with every other ULTA,long a$$ lines.
