I wont scrutnize the whole shop because my braider was very professional, but management is a whole another story. I specifically asked for micro senegalese with human hair. About an hour into I noticed my hair was being braided instead, I called it to the attention of the braider and management and was told that this is what I asked for and my options were to have them taken out and get something else because senegelese was not possible with human hair. We all know braiding is time comsuming so I chose to continue with the style that was chosen for me. When I was asked to pay I asked about a discount considering this was not what I asked for 10$ was deducted. I was then told the style I initially asked for would take 2 days but at 1st I was told it was not possible. Then another incident happened with another customer a mother was under the impression her childs hair would be washed before it was styled the dirty hair was clearly visible, but that braider had already began to braid the childs hair the manager replied to the paying customer "Next time let me know whats going on 1st." I clearly agree with that but I question any stylist why would you want to style dirty hair especially when its visibly dirty. When dealing with foreigners please let it be known exactly what you expect up front. I will not be coming back, again I urge you to make clear what it is you expect for beginning to end. I forgot to mention I used my visa and didnt get a reciept I was told she forgot to print it and then asked me if thats okay. I replied "I dont have a choice do I."

Worst experience ever. Trash. Yall braiding trash. 5 days later hair look like crap. Dont go yall. I was told my big twist would last a month which was fine with me for $200 but its been 5 days and it looks like my hair has been braided for 1-2 months. They are doing nothing about it. The girl used some silky pony hair on my already soft hair so hair bushy already and I tie it down every night. I wish I could give zero stars. FIVE days and $200 is ridiculous. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING HERE.

I called and asked for fishtails, I was told by the manager lady that was fine... I came to the shop, with my hair washed and combed (when I sweat my hair knots up and its no fun...) I came with my hair out and waited an hour. When I got in the chair she said she cant do the fishtails and suggested something else... I said okay... She said she couldnt comb it and told me "go to the Latinos..."

My cousin came here to get her hair done and they came when the shop was just opening she asked for 6 fishtails/braids and the lady did about 9 then she just stopped in the middle of doing her hair on about the 4 or 5th braid to eat and she just got there she took forever just to do her hair and didnt do what was suggested I dont recommend this place

Charged me $50 for 12 cornrows. They were fuzzy, loose hair behind my ears not incorporated into braids. Total waste of time and money. Its no wonder why they were empty on a Saturday. Avoid at all cost.
