I have been going there since I was about 15/16 years old, so about 6 years. I loved getting my eyebrows done there, they almost always did a fantastic job. I went out of the country for nearly 7 months and didnt go to any salons for my brows because I knew they wouldnt do the same job. I loved how they shaped my eyebrows and I always walked out feeling fierce. I just left their salon about an hour ago fuming. I walked in and the male employee said he would do my eyebrows, which was my first mistake. He did them before and did a terrible job, and the other female employee had to correct them when I came back. So he does them, Im not happy, I lay back and he "fixes it". Now my eyebrows are uneven and nothing like I requested. He starts arguing with me and telling me I have to pay extra for "the labor" he is doing. Im calm and explaining that I am not happy with the results and he starts getting agitated. He then threatens to call the police since I refuse to pay untill I am happy with my results. I called him out on his bluff, I told him, go ahead, call them, I dont care, Ill wait. This agitates him even more and he starts telling me to ask people for their opinion. The other female employee comes in and laughs at me and tells the other customers waiting in the lobby that Im freaking out over nothing. This goes on for about 10 minutes and finally I give up and pay 8$. I have a temper so I was really trying to stay civil. I tell him Im disgusted with the way Im being treated, as a loyal customer for 6 years, and he says something in Vietnamese and walks away from me. I will never go back here again. I had come for six years, and was even close with one of them. My mom and I would bring Tina, one of the employees, toys and books for her children while she was pregnant. Today I walk in after being away for 7 months and I get treated like trash and threatened with the the police on for refusing to pay until they fix my eyebrows. I am shocked and absolutely disgusted with how rude the employees were being, laughing at me, threatening me with police, and mocking me in Vietnamese, making excuses and trying to up charge for them to fix their mistakes.

Horrible place and experience. Lady name is Cindy is terrible.. she doesnt know how to cut hair. She doesnt speak English at all. Any instructions to her was useless... find other one not Cindy. Just wasted my $20
