We unfortunately didnt catch the Ulta employees name (manager I believe), but had an ABSOLUTELY horrendous experience because of her. They are running a special in which you spend $50 on Benefit products and receive a free brow bar appointment as well as a gift bag. They didnt have the gift bags and were simply told their brow girl was out that day, with no other resolution. The young lady at the counter asked her manager who told her to contact someone else. We waited for some time, but this person didnt seem to want to talk to us and was unwilling to resolve the issue. Finally we asked to speak to the manager in person and it was the SAME person we had spoken with 10-15 minutes earlier. I asked why we couldnt resolve it 15 minutes earlier and her response was that I could leave the store and she wouldnt tolerate attitude. She also said she would never allow us back in the store....all based on one basic question about why the issue couldnt have been resolved earlier. Terrible, terrible representation and leadership; this woman should be fired. Worst customer service ever.

I love ULTA to begin with just for all of the beauty products they carry, but I have to admit when I saw they had a full service salon I just assumed it wasnt going to be the same as going to another salon. I guess I assumed they would only have junior stylists, but I was definitely quick to judge and they have proven me wrong. Ive had my hair done twice there at the leesburg location,and am about to make my third appointment. Ive had highlights, color, cuts from 2 different stylists and I was absolutely thrilled both times, especially when I realized that they dont charge as much as the standalone salons do, and they have great specials for their hair services! Ive recommended them to several friends and theyve gone to other ULTAs and loved the outcome as well, so if youve been hesitant about checking them out dont be!!

I was in search of a hair stylish who would cut my hair as shown in a picture off the internet. Five salons later, I received the desired cut I had been seeking for a year. Thank you, Valbona, for studying the picture & taking the time to duplicate this cut to perfection. I feel I have finally found a stylist who will allow me to leave the salon feeling extremely pleased with the results. I plan on having highlights done on my next visit. Very reasonably priced & the best deals are Monday - Wednesday. Love the wide range of products carried by Ulta & I never leave the store empty handed.
