Im not sure if this location has a drive-thru? Its connected with other stores and a sidewalk surrounding the building. Anywho My first experience was with them yesterday 1/12/14. I went in a little later so it was slow. Everyone greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and asked if If they could assist me. I made them aware that it was my first time there and I needed a moment. The young lady behind the counter immediatley made me aware that the menu is listed by favorites starting from #1 and so on. I thought was interesting. Even though I didnt get a #1 sub I believe it was a #5 a philly cheese steak. You get an option of two sizes BIG or BIGGER lol (8" or 12"). I got a twelve inch and I am a 25 year old active male, I had to share some of this sub. lol OMG Delicious I added jalpenos, and pickles, and Dukes Mayo that you can not find locally in the area. I loved my sub the cost was around $10.00 which may sound high but its worth it. $5.00 for an avergae of 6" of hardy meat. You can split one sub, get your fill, and walk away very satisfied.

Today was my first time ever going to firehouse, the lady who took our order completely messed up my sandwich and was rude. I told her only meat, cheese, and honey mustard... SHE GAVE ME EVERYTHING ON IT. I cant eat mayo or tomato so I sat there and wasted $10 and looked stupid while waiting on my boyfriend to finish eating. Im sticking to subway.

EVERYTIME I go to this place whether its in warrenton or stafford they mess up my order. I get a turkey and substitute one item but instead sometimes I get ham on my sandwich or they just forget ingredients is VERY frustrating. When order things online same issue so I guess people cant read. I will be taking a break from this place Ive had it.

Quality subs fast food style. Customer service at this location is spotty at best, a little training of register staff on how to greet and acknowledge customers would go a long way.
