Wow! We received great customer service! Pyramid Roofing is a properly licensed & insured and an A+ Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited Company. The final results are beyond exceptional! We received everything we were promised. Special thanks to Ricky Higgins, he bent over backwards answering all of our questions from proposal to contract finalization. Rodney for checking out everything was running smoothly and the final site inspection upon completion and all the professional roofer’s that did the actual hard work. Backed everything up with accurate paperwork, GAF lifetime shingles & a lifetime workmanship, no-leak guarantee. On site at 8:00 am and 7 hours later; they removed one layer of existing roofing material to the plywood decking, A#15 felt, Atlas Pinnacle Architectural shingles with scotch guard protecting (pristine hearthstone color) reflashed all vent pipes and skylights and replaced 2 plumbing vent flashings, painted all vents and stacks with anti-rust paint. Installed ridge vent, ice and water shields, leak barriers in all transitions and skylights. A 5 yr workmanship no leak guarentee. Preformed a sweep around the complete work area and hauled off most of all job related debris, trash and hauled off the old shingles for recycling. A few minor things not worth worrying about. The yard and surrounding areas were fairly clean when they finished.The new roof looks magnificent. They completed the work to the highest of standards. The worst! Had a roof installed 14 months ago. It is leaking. They do NOT stand behind work as stated. They didnt come to asses for 20 days, then said was an act of God. Every time it rains my roof leaks. There is a hole in my ceiling from one side of my living room to the other, and continues to spread to my kitchen. They will not fix the problem and homeowners ins doesnt cover the roof, so inside keeps getting worse. they could care less. I have to litigate for a result. They are giving us the runaround. The warranty is a major scam.

Selected Pyramid roofing to do some roof repairs and was very pleased with the job they did, from a very thorough inspection of the problem, including pictures, and recommendation of the necessary work required done by Derek the Roofing Specialist to the repairs done by their Technician Tony. Pyramid office personnel, Hannah and Betty were very helpful and the pricing for the work done was competitive. Would recommend Pyramid to neighbors and would use them in the future for any roofing problems.

Pyramid Roofing has diagnosed problems right away and done a great job fixing them. They did not install the roof so they have been invaluable in fixing what was not done correctly in the beginning.
