I drive (a black Honda Accord) almost 50,000 mile/year, so Im constantly getting dings, bumps, dents, chips, etc. I have been around town, jumping from shop to shop until I found these guys a few years ago. On average, I visit these guys 2-3 times year to take care of these minor issues. However, I had a more serious issue (insurance claim) 1 year ago. I got to these guys for everything...big or small. They always make my car look like it just came off the showroom floor. Joe is the BEST. He quotes fair, and delivers every time. In fact, the reason I finally decided to write a review for these guys is my last experience with Sterling a few days ago to take care of a dent. Joe gave it a visual inspection and quoted me $150. Well, once they got the car in the shop, the realized the work was going to be more extensive...and expensive (at least double). Joe called me and said although the car was going to take a little longer to repair than estimated, he would honor the $150 price. He said he just wanted to make sure the car was done correctly and that I was happy. WHAT!!! Its really nice to find a business that really takes care of their customers...even if they have to lose money sometime. At any rate, I was so impressed people still do business like this, the best way to show my appreciation would be to share my experience. Truly, if you are looking for an HONEST, QUALITY auto body repair / paint shop in Winchester, I hope you go see Joe at Sterling Collision & Paint Center. By far, these guys are the best in town!

Brought my vehicle in to get repaired after hitting an animal on the highway. The entire front end had to be replaced along with the light assemblies. Along with the repairs needed I ordered the vehicle to get re pinstriped too as the original pin striping was fading and coming off. When I came to pick the vehicle up it was not re pinstriped like I had asked. They said they would redo the striping for me I would just need to bring the vehicle back. When I brought the vehicle home I noticed the fog lights did not work as well and when I checked under the vehicle I noticed that the brackets that were bent or busted from the crash were not replaced at all. I brought the vehicle back and was told that the insurance adjustor did not put the replacement of the brackets in his report. Doesnt have to be in the report, as any body shop knows any unfounded damage by the adjustor from the crash just needs to be reported to the insurance company and they will send the difference for the repairs. As for the fog lights I was asked to cut the new guy a break that he must of forgot to replace them. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN???? I will never bring anything to this place to get fixed.

I broke a side-view mirror backing out of the garage. Sterling took my car that afternoon, and the next day they had it replaced with a used part. If you were to look at it you wouldnt be able to tell it was used, though. Looks great and works like new. They cleaned and washed the car as well. Great service. I highly recommend it. As much as it sucks to break a side-view mirror, it was nice to find a reliable body shop.

Joe was great to deal with. It is never fun having to get body work done and dealing with insurance, but they make it as easy as possible. I am so happy with my "feels like brand new" vehicle. They even cleaned it inside and out! I cannot recommend them enough.
