DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE DETAILED HERE! Ever heard the saying "if something seems too good to be true it probably is"? Yea, thats the case here. You get what you pay for.. I was told that for $75 he would spot treat, shampoo, vacuum, wipe down, clean and armor all the interior and then wash and wax the exterior of my van and that all of this should take him about an hour. Over 2 hours later I get my van back, I give the guy $85 total (an extra $10 for dropping my boys and I off while he worked and because I thought for the amount of time he had my van he must have done a good job) and the minute this guy got his money he left. All he did was shampoo the carpets, vacuum and clean some of the seats. There were some small remaining spots on the interior that I could simply wipe off with my infants baby wipes! The windows, dash, folded down seats, the crevasses that you expect to be cleaned by a detailer werent touched and the exterior wasnt washed or waxed. So basically, unless you like paying someone to do less than a quarter of what they say theyre going to do for an agreed price, dont go here.

I had called a lot of different shops aside from calling valley pike for an estimate. When I called the man on the phone was very polite and seemed very experienced. The quote that he gave me over the phone was less than a third of everyone elses estimates. My vehicle wouldnt start and mr. McFarland even came out to my house to get it started. Within two hours he had my vehicle back in my driveway and in perfect running condition. 4

This Guy is amazing. He underbid everyone by $500. He was fast and curtious and above all the job was done right and he was less expensive than any quotes I got.... Like 1/3 of the price of the 2 written estimates I had. Great Repair shop and he will save you so much money. I tipped him an extra hundred just for NOT ripping me off. Mary S.

I called this morning only to have someone answer the phone with a rude "hello?" Not even to tell me that I called an auto repair shop. So I asked if I could have my car towed to get a diagnosis, and he responded with, "sorry we cant help you, we are real busy" then hung up. Really awful service. Never again.
