Be aware of this shop. Im not saying they are scammers but they are not honest and their work is average at best. I had my timing belt replaced with cam seal, crank seal, oil seal and water pump due to oil leak on passenger side of my 98 camry. Making the long story short there was oil leak on same side again after the work. I told guy name Terry that its leaking oil again on same area. So i brought the car back to the shop so they can recheck their workmanship. Next day, I called Terry for followup, and he said the oil leak is from head gasket and will cost $900 labor to fix it. I told him there is no way its head gasket and asked him to recheck the area where their performed work (Basically take the timing belt cover off and check if there is oil leaking). He insist of rechecking because he was 100% sure its coming head gasket. He said dont bother to fix it and drive the car as is. I told him okay that is fine I picked the car back up and took it to another shop. The mechanic from second shop took the timing belt cover off and he saw oil leak from cam seal. Now im getting the cam seal redone using additional money for the labor. This work was originally done by Auto Pros. How do you mess up installing cam seals?!? That tells you where their mechanics workmanship and knowledge is.... i took my car to Auto Pros due to them having 5 star on 15 google reviews and was looking for somewhere close to yorktown. i felt i had to relay this information to others who may use google review as secondary resource to making final decision.

I had a car issue and was new to the area so I asked a coworker who has lived in the area for 10+ years for an autoshop recommendation. He highly recommended Autopros. I went the weekend before Thanksgiving to get my brakes fixed as my vehicle had a terrible shake. They diagnosed the issue in 15-20 minutes and replaced all four pads and rotors within the next hour. Also had an inspection done and some rusty screws from my old NJ license plates removed since I did not have the tools to do the job myself. All in all it was close to a 2 hour visit but luckily I was able to watch Arsenal vs. Manchester United on their TV during the wait. Left very satisfied and made it to my familys house safe (and street legal) for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I will definitely be coming back to Autopros for my future car service and maintenance needs.

Great service as always. This is my second time at Auto pros and the crew do not fail to impress. I had what I thought were some idling issues but once we test drove my car and I explained to them the symptoms, he suggested a misfiring piston, which turned out to be the issue. They were done in an hour. And now my car runs great. These guys are the most honest mechanics in town, and I highly suggest to give them a call first with your auto issues. Thanks guys!

We have been regulars at AutoPros lately. The staff knows us by last name, make, and model! The staff is always friendly and courteous. The prices are very reasonable and they do great work. Recently our truck needed a new radiator, they were able to fit us in on a busy Friday, get the parts ordered, and they were all done by Saturday afternoon. Thank you all for always taking care of us and our vehicles!! See you soon for an oil change.

these guys are car freaks. Diagnosed my cars problem after taking it to 2 other shops and they had no clue. simple solution that cost me $87(sensor on the radiator) and they knew what it was right away. trustworthy to send my 2 sisters there without the thought of them getting gipped. I went to three different shops to fix a power steering hose on my Cadillac. All three said go to the dealer. I called Auto Pros VA. They had me done with a good price within 48 hours. The only reason it took that long is because they had order the part. Great service and hours on Saturday. The place to go for those difficult fixes.

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to!!! These people are so helpful and most importantly they are honest!!! I took my car to a different location where they tried to charge me $900 for something ridiculous, I brought it here and they said my car was fine! I am only going to bring my car to Auto Pros VA from now on!

Called early in the day and got an appointment for a state inspection. Brought it in and they told me it would be about 45 mins. 15 mins later it was all done. Every other shop asked me to drop my car off in the morning and itd take all day. I highly recommend you bring your car here for quick inspections.
