I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful shop full of wonderful staffs. They immediately acknowledged me and assisted me promptly. I came here to purchase a set of tires and the General Manager of the store came out and helped me out!! Thank you Shawn France!! I cannot stress enough. Hands down the best tire shop in the DMV area. Bridgestone/Firestone needs to recognize these individuals. 2nd and 3rd Visit to this location: It has been/is a privilege and a destination place for me to buy tires and receive the Bel Air Firestone treatment. I cannot stress enough of how customer service oriented this location is. The staff here have a skill of attention to detail. This place is the worst place to go for automotive work and the manager Sean is a jerk when it comes to taking care of a issue. They couldnt fix my car had it for 2 days and I had to keep calling them for updates and in the end they charged me! Worst place ever never go here!!!!
