They must hate sideburns here. If you speak Korean, dont already have sideburns and dont mind surprise charges, this might be a good place for you. I am not fluent in Korean though, I do have sideburns and I dont like surprise charges, so my two experiences here were disappointing. Last time, they cut my sideburns way too short, leaving only whiskers. This time, they shaved them completely off. When I mentioned it as soon as I noticed, as she spun me to face the mirror (after the damage was done), she first tried to claim that she cut them only shorter. I took my finger and touch them to my sideburn, explaining that I only felt skin, and not even whiskers. Then she apologized and told me that she should have asked. She apologized a couple more times, which was nice, but at that point, my sideburns were gone and it will take at least a few weeks to grow them back to how I liked them. I was surprised to be charged the full price at the end, plus a $1 surcharge for using my credit card. This is actually illegal according to H.B. 1870, Passed on 3/7/13, which prohibits imposing a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card in lieu of other payment. Needles to say, I wont be back. There seems to be a language barrier I cant seem to jump over, plus, I just dont trust them.

I was a little skeptical at first because of the accents, but these ladies definitely know what theyre doing. Kim did a great job on my part and gave me a nice tapered fade thats not too short. She also edged me with a straight razor smoothly. The whole time, I was watching Nguyen do her thing and she definitely seems like the one you want to get a cut from. This is definitely a BARBER SHOP. Its not the top Shop in Seattle but squires and the scotch pine are pretty hard to beat. This is Not a sport clips or anything of the sort. They have decent prices and cool set up inside. The pool table and xbox are a nice touch. Im definitely coming here with a friend next time a little early just to get a game of Billiards in. Im shocked that Ive never seen this place in passing.

Anna took care of my husbands hair cut and Young took care of my 19-month old sons hair. Both ladies did a spectacular job and they were very customer-centric. For $17 my husband received the best haircut he has ever had, including warm towels, special blade cut on the back of the neck with cream, a neck massage and a gentle buzz. My son was super fidgety and Young handled it in stride, working quickly and yet still attentively. We tried this place out due to the 5-star reviews and this place sure lived up to that perfect standard. If we lived in the area we would never go anywhere else, with that in mind when we visit family here we will always come back to this gem of a shop! Thanks!

Basically like SportClips but better in every way. As others have mentioned, $17 gets you a haircut, hot towels, neck shave, shoulder massage, vacuum hair removal at the end, and styling. Haircut was very thorough and noticeably better than Im used to getting from SportClips and you dont have to hassle with coupons and special offers--thats their normal price. Decor was great--really spacious, couple of TVs showing sports, free full-sized pool table, nice comfy leather chairs, even the stands they use to hold their equipment are big tool chests. Walked in off the street not expecting much, but I loved everything about it and will definitely be going back.

Sunny has really earned my loyalty based on her customer service, courteous nature and relaxed environment. I tried numerous salons in the Bellevue area when we moved here and I landed at ez chair barber shop in one of attempts. The first experience was ok but it was with another hair stylist and I decided to give it another shot and I found sunny. I havent visited a different place since and have been a frequent customer for the last 3yrs. The fact that they are in a convenient location, have a pool table to play at while waiting was an icing on the cake.

Good haircuts, but I went in, asked for a straight blade shave, they started to use an electric razor, I stopped them and reiterated that I wanted a straight blade shave, they told me they couldnt do that. I said fine, how about cleaning upy neck (which they did with a straight blade) and then charged me 20 bucks. For not even half a shave followed by 3 strokes of a straight blade on my neck. I really like these guys at the start, now I think i wont be going back because I feel so ripped off.

Been going here for a year. I refuse to get my haircut anywhere else and I have an easy buzz cut!!! The complimentary massage had me sold the first day. I go here every two weeks at most 3. Take your business here. They will make sure youre taken care of. There was one time where there was a wrong measurement on my cut. But i expressed that it was my fault. Yet they took care of me anyway! They compensated the free haircut fix for free. This place is awesome!

Left the barbershop no more than 15 minutes ago. Best full service haircut of my life. Did not expect the hot towel or neck shaving. Just saw the sign and walked in. Definitely left a happy customer. I am up here for work and if I ever come back here I will definitely be stopping by again. It was very relaxing and cant wait to return. I highly doubt many barbershops can compete with them for the price and quality. Thanks Sunny

This place is fairly new, but the staff is experienced and very nice. I got a trim exactly the way I wanted it, and it never felt like the haircut was being rushed. Never did they seem annoyed when I asked them things about my hair or when I told them to do something. I would assume their service is this good with their pedicures (theyve got half of the place filled with a row of pedicure chairs).

Just got a haircut here and I cant say that I have had a better experience. I got a hot straight blade shave on the neck and a neck massage. It was by far the best haircut I have had for $17, especially compared to my hometown. I recommend that all men of stature attend this barber on a biweekly schedule (I know I will). Also, ask for Sunny, the best barberess in Bellevue...in my opinion.

It is my favorite barber shop in Seattle. Besides great haircuts, ranging from a regular trim to David Beckhams Mohawk, you also get a head massage. The interior design of the shop is really fancy and makes you feel relaxed when staying there. And prices are good too! My last haircut cost $20, that is already including the tips. I will not have my haircut anywhere else

The place is spotless, the staff is courteous, the price is incredibly reasonable, and the cut was great! Bonus: hot towel and short massage! New to the area. I tried a couple other places and had very disappointing experiences. Im often close to their location so I gave them a try. I will be getting my haircuts here from now on. I cant think of a single con.
