Ive been getting my hair cut at Silver Lake Barber Shop for 30+ years. Over 20 of those were just Hyun. Even when I lived in Kirkland I drove up here to have Hyun or Kyle (the owner) cut my hair. The atmosphere is laid back and fun. Kyles always telling an interesting or funny story. Kids can play on video game consoles or watch cartoons on one of the TVs. I highly recommend this barber shop, they do a fantastic job. Tip them well, they deserve it!

This is the best place to get a haircut on the planet. Ive been going here since my first haircut they are the only people who cut my hair. The haircuts are always amazing. They barbers are extremely nice and caring. One of my favorite barbers there hyunh knew I had my highschool graduation and asked to personally cut my hair so that she could make it perfect! Because she knew it was important to me. I will always go to the silver lake barbershop!

Just moved into neighborhood thought I would walk the family to local barber to cut my two boys hair its standard price but great service my boys and I are very happy with there hair. They are very friendly and make you feel like a valued customer its tucked away across the street from Silver lake if you are looking for a better barber this is it they are all seasoned pros go see for yourself! After several jacked bald fades at shops close to my home in the Everett downtown / waterfront area, I finally found this spot thats turned out well worth the drive. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and incredibly punctual - I didnt have to wait at all. Tino is knowledgable, communicative, and meticulous. I will definitely be back.

Heads up its cash only! David did my husbands hair cut. Did a great job on his hair and eyebrows. They are super funny and friendly and actually talk to you during your cut. They take their time and dont rush. They also make you feel very welcome. Did exactly what my husband was asking for (by showing a photo for reference) thanks guys!

Great for kids! We love this place because our kids can play while theyre waiting for their turn. There are TVs to keep their attention during the cut, and they can play with toys or video games while they are waiting. The barbers are really friendly and do a great job. Its a great price, and even cheaper during the week. Its a keeper!

This barber shop is the best around! I am very particular about how I like my hair and who Ill let give me a haircut. Tino does a great job on my fade every time and even offers to line me up with a straight razor trim around my beard and hair line. All for a great price and I can watch sports center while Im getting lined up.

Ive been going here for haircuts for probably close to thirty years, even timing them so that during my college years Id get most haircuts when I was back here on breaks. Hyun cuts my hair every time, and Im happy enough that I keep making the drive even though I dont live close anymore.

Best barbers (especially Hyun), best haircuts, best atmosphere, best prices. This is the place. As close to the "Old School" barbershops of the past as you will find. Sports on the TVs, good magazines and even video games and toys for the kids.

Not only do they have some of the most skilled, friendly barbers on the planet, but it is a fun to be there as those shops you see in the movies. The price is also lower than average. I cannot express just how great this place is.
