i would not give them a star at all. My husband and I had errands before the so called storm on saturday. He needed tabs and a haircut so as he stood in line for tabs i noticed the barber shop. Im like cool If they have availability i will run to the store while u get ur tabs and haircut. So the barber shop is like yeah man we have nobody waiting right now. When i pick him up hes like they were gonna shave the back of my head off if i did not stop him...did u NOT notice all the black people in there...im like well i figured they could cut a white mans hair. i was laughing so hard as he told me his horrifying experience...apologizing profusely. We r not racist people but i do believe this is a black mans barber shop and he will Not be returning. The back of his head is shaved up to his ears...he believes the dude was going to shave it all off.

I am never returning to this shop. After waiting 2 hours to get a haircut and watching one of the barbers cut a friend of theirs hair to the finest detail and to their satisfaction, I stepped up to get my haircut. I told the barber I would like a fade on the sides and an inch off the top so I can put product in it easier. The barber was behind schedule with his appointments so he rushed through my haircut and did not listen to what I asked. He asked me if he could skip "lining me up" cause he was on a time crunch. Then he cut off THREE INCHES off the top of my hair. My hair looks terrible, the barber was terrible, and they overpriced the haircut at $25. If you are not a regular here, do not go. This place stinks and I will not be coming back. Hopefully I will spare one of you.

Kyle UNPROFESSIONALLY sat and ate 2 burritos while customers who needed their hair cut waited. The gal on the phone said "NO appointment was necessary" so we drove from Seattle to there. After 40 minutes waiting,,,, customers WITH appointments walked in and were (of course) helped before us. Kyle did not stop eating to cut hair. I doubt that 2 people getting their hair done in one hour is enough revenue to pay for the expenses of the salon alone. What a @#$%^& waste of time, and they did NOT seem to care. Save your money and go to Major League in Renton or Josephs barbershop. At LEAST you will be made to feel as if your business is valued.

This is an amazing place to get your hair cut. The place is always inviting as is the staff. I have not had one bad experience or hair cut from anyone at this location. They have a handy app that you can use to set up an appointment rather than sit and wait like you would at any other hair salon. The other nice thing is price, 20 bucks for a quality hair cut and on weekdays from 10-1 you can get a haircut for 10 bucks. All the people reviewing this that have anything to say about the skin color of the barbers here, obviously are out of touch. These guys will cut any ones hair and do it well. And this is coming from a white guy.

Went in for a simple haircut, same thing I generally get and have never had an issue getting anywhere else, thought there was just a little irritation on forehead and neck at end but upon getting home realized I got nicked multiple times, something Ive never had happen at a barbershop or anywhere Ive gotten my haircut for that matter. Also having another barber walk up and tell you "oh no no like this" why are you learning while cutting my hair? I payed and tipped well but seeing as my forehead and neck are still red and irritated it looks terrible and Im dissapointed I payed anything.

I would say my experince was just about ok. The guys were friendly enough, however, they were too rough when cutting my 10 year olds hair. He even has a large sratch behind his right ear. My son does not want to go back for a hair cut again, but the cut itself turned out ok. Just disapointed that they would not take more time and care with a young boy.

Should have walked away as soon as I knew my barber didnt know what High and Tight is. Almost 1.5h later walked away with blade #0. One could have shaved Grizzly Bear in the same time frame. Recommendation: let your customers know they are getting a trainee and give them an option. So, unless you know who you are going to, dont go there.

Kyle is the best in fact the whole staff at woodinville are great professionals and always great all customers when they arrive for scheduled or non schedule clients. I will recommend Kyle and Chop it up Barbershop to anyone who is looking for a great haircut and a great atmosphere.

They do a great job but are just awful at managing their time, I have showed up to an appointment and had to wait almost 40 minutes. And I had an appointment! Walk in wait can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. A bit ridiculous especially if you have plAns after

Ive been going here for about a year now and can definitely say that the professionals here all have a unique versatile cutting style with meticulous quality work. Aaron and my boy Taylor always look out and keep my shid in check lol. I recommend stopping by to check them out.

Set an appointment, even got a text message confirmation. Arrived for my appointment on time, but the barber wasnt ready. Waited 30 minutes but the barber still wasnt ready, so I left. I wont waste my time here again.
