Its a great gym. The staff has always been friendly but at the same time, even if they werent (like some reviews have said), who cares? I come here to work out and be left alone. Sometimes its pretty busy when I go and some pieces of equipment require some patience because some people like to sit there and do multiple sets without even looking around to see if someone is waiting. This isnt the gyms fault. Some people are just rude or stupid. If someone is being stupid, its not that hard to walk over and say "you mind if I jump in real quick?". Anyways, the gym has a wide variety of equipment. I go here 4 times a week and I enjoy it. The showers are awesome, better pressure than I get at home. The basketball court and pool look nice. Oh and the kids area is awesome. I take my daughter there about once a week and she loves it. And its only $6 per visit (or $25/month for unlimited visits) which seems reasonable. The only thing I thought kind of sucked was that you cant take your kid to the pool. The pool is 18 and older because they dont have a lifeguard. Oh well. If youre worried about the type of people that go to your gym, dont go to a gym at all. Do you want them to ban all of the good looking people so that you feel better about yourself? And there will be a**holes wherever you go, so just deal with it. People need to stop writing bad reviews because of the people they encounter at a place. That has nothing to do with the quality of the business. And if you have a problem, look at yourself first. You might be the a**hole. Cheers!

Horrible experience. I cancelled my families membership. I asked the lady on the phone twice if I would be charged my monthly charge. Twice she told me No. in fact she told me Id be getting to refund. Within five minutes of getting off the phone 24 hour fitness charge my account. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told a supervisor was busy that they can get back to me or I can hold. I held for two hours and never did a supervisor pick up the phone or call me back. I was told that the system does what it does and they have no control over a reversal. If the company can take money out they can certainly put money back in. I know because I worked for a large corporation. We were able to refund instantly no problem. What a horrible experience. I sit here six hours l and still no phone call. If I was important to them or my family they couldve sent me down to one of their locations and giving me the money in the cash or check if the system did not accommodate. There are solutions all around us it makes me sad when people stay close minded and hide behind "oh its the system we have no control"

They make you check in with a disgusting slimy finger print sensor. This is concerning from a privacy perspective but also, its super gross. The gym is WAAAAAAY over crowded during normal hours. Theyve shut down another 24 hour fitness in the area and they dont seem to have the resources to handle the extra members. They Charge an annual gym maintenance fee that is something like $40. Id be OK with this despite that no reputable business would engage in such a practice, but if youre going to charge people for it, at least maintain your gym!!!! This gym went months last year with one or more broken drinking fountains. A bunch of equipment is regularly out of service, etc. Having worked out here and at LA Fitness, I would say that LA Fitness is better maintained less crowded, and nowhere near as gross. Of course 24 hour wins as far as hours go but its seriously not worth it.

This place is a joke. No parking...caused my wife to finally throw in the towel as was tired of paying to drive around the lot for ten minutes and leave. She then goes in to cancel her membership and is told only a manager can do it...so she has to go back the next day. The mgr cancels the membership but they still withdraw another month. Call and are told they will reimburse the next day...still nothing so have to call again and are now told it may take up to 30 days. If I didnt know better Id think this was a government agency. Hey 24 hour fitness its about the customer not you.

Decently clean facility. Lots of freeweights, entire upper deck for cardio including my favorite treadmills with the flexible belt track. However, Members dont respect the signs posted within the facility. Like no shoes in the sauna, no water on the thermostat in the steam room or reracking weights.... Oh and dont ask to "work in" on a piece of equipment with another person unless youre comfortable getting dirty looks or otherwise passive aggression. Staff is friendly but they seem too nice and dont seem to keep memebers accountable. 3 star overall in my opinion.

Hands down the best gym Ive ever been to. I worked out here for a month long weight loss regiment. I would spend 4-7 hours here every day. They have a lot of equipment and areas to keep things fresh. While I spent most my time in the cardio area upstairs, they had great options. Their pool stood out to me as the best Ive sever seen at a 24 hour fitness. Its super clean and as I was there in the late night early am I can whitness that they pressure wash and maintain it every night. Cant say the same for some of the other locations that have scum on the cement.

Staff is truly top notch and facilities are great, but there seems to always be a scarcity of whatever equipment Im trying to use. Dumbbells? Theyve wandered. Bench? Some bro is camping out on it. Typical stuff in a gym, but long stretches where something is either broken or getting maintenance work. Biggest issue is crowding: if you dont stop signing new people up youre going to have half of Bothell and Woodinville competing to use your treadmills. Not a good prospect when you have one hottub and a few swimming lanes.

I find myself here quite often. The staff remembers me and always greets me at the door. The equipment is clean and in good repair. The restrooms are clear and free of debris. I always find clean towels at the front desk. When Ive had questions the staff always do their best to assist me and answer my questions. The other patrons are generally polite and follow gym etiquette. My only complaint is they do not have WiFi and my phone does not have the best connectivity so streaming tunes can be frustrating.

7 years with 24 Hour Fitness and unfortunately cancelled today. David the GM attempted to use high-pressure sales tactics to make me upgrade, after an associate cleared me to workout. Being fetched in a busy club after starting a workout was very embarrassing. Traveling for work I kept a 24 Hour and LA Fitness membership for convenience. Typically I would pay a one-time additional fee to use a Super Sport occasionally instead of upgrading. I would advise anyone considering membership to avoid it.
