COGA mma is one of the coolest gyms Ive ever been to. They understand that not everyone wants to be a professional fighter and they work with you to achieve whatever goals you find appropriate for yourself. The head coach Joe is one of the friendliest, best trainers I have ever grappled with. He has on more than one occasion pulled me aside just to work one on one which anywhere else would cost $80 an hour. Its a great, neighborhood mma gym and as a broke college kid, their prices are the best in town. I heard alot of bad reviews before I walked in so definitely stop by and try it for yourself before listening to others.

This place will charge you and make you wait for an orientation. I waited an entire week, and when they canceled me for the 3rd time I asked for a refund of my initial 150$. Since I havent been able to attend a single class. They said no, I said theres a way they could. Then they tried to charge me 35$ to cancel. So I called my bank and they are pulling the funds out. Im sure the people are great, but they have 0 business sense. Its almost as if they dont want customers. I advise you to take your business somewhere else.

As someone new to the sport, I have to say that the staff is helpful and the other students are cool. I enjoy the workout and my time here, and when I leave class I feel like I have learned something new.

the Academy is open every day from 4 PM until 8 PM except Saturday it is open from 10 AM till 1 PM. and It is close Sundays except if there is special event
