After not exercising for over five+ years, I googled "gym" in Google Maps and found Outer Edge CrossFit which was real close to my home in the Mill Creek area. I did the On-Ramp program for about three months which was great before I joined the main group and started doing Rxs or "prescriptions". The gear is great, the trainers are nice, knowledgable and encouraging and the facility has what is needed to get a great work out. Its located right along the North Creek Park Trail so when the weather is good and running is prescribed its a nice place to run. I definitely recommend CrossFit and Outer Edge. I can honestly say at at 35 Im in the best shape Ive ever been in!!

I went to Outer Edge Crossfit for a little over a year before I moved. Outer Edge Crossfit changed the way I thought about fitness and myself. Great group of people to workout with, constantly motivating and encouraging each other. Also the coaches, Jake and Casey, are completely dedicated to the gym and to giving you the best possible coaching. I have been to many other Crossfit gyms and this is one of the best. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

I was really impressed with Jake, the owner, who is attentive and skilled in Crossfit. His clients safety is top of mind, gym is clean, but is a little small for my preference right now. I have a handful of friends that are members and have visited a few times. The place is getting busier, and it seems as if they are well connected in the community.. Great box in the Mill Creek area.

This was my first time trying CrossFit and I was a bit intimidated. The staff here really works with each person and shows you the correct way to lift. Jake and his team of trainers are amazing! Definitely a good gym to get a combination of Strength, Endurance, and overall conditioning.

Such a close knit community and the classes each hour make it easy to schedule! Plus, its go at your own pace, so no need to worry about being stuck with pros or for pros to be held back by newbies. Jake the instructor is awesome, too!
