Im not sure I have had a worse business experience than I have had with this gym. While I like the facility and the instructors of the group classes thats about all I can say that is positive about this gym. I have been trying for nearly a MONTH to get my account corrected. I had noticed that I was being debited twice for my membership dues, when I called it was confirmed that I had 2 accounts. One account was created online while the other was created when I physically went into the gym. It was explained to me that the duplicate accounts due to online errors was a known issue. Online when you signed up it would tell you that there was an unknown error and an account could not be processed, only they actually were processing. I figured with a known issue it wouldnt be a difficult fix. Simply cancel the one account and refund the charges mistakenly taken. Apparently that isnt the case as I still have not had this issue cleared up. Initially I was told to email the manager Ron, which is a complete joke. I was told not only to email him but, forward that message several times so that he would get it because sometimes he doesnt see all his messages. Its been nearly month and I still havent heard from Ron. His lack of communication is at the very least frustrating. I have called 4 times, not once have I been able to speak with Ron. He doesnt return calls, so you have to keep trying to call him in hopes that maybe youll catch him. I shouldnt have to chase people around to fix some glitch that is costing me money, currently to the tune of about $85 but it will be just over $100 come tomorrow. I know this because I called today and was told I still have 2 accounts and of course there still is no Ron. This place has a lot of work to do, and it should probably start with finding management that cares just a little bit about the members. Like another reviewer stated if I could give zero stars I would. I now will be contacting my bank to file fraud charges and then my next move will be the attorney general which is too bad considering a little bit of communication and common sense could have prevented this whole issue.

Im tired of their lame excuses everyday ..every time I ask for equipments they said the old manager took it with him, some said theyre getting stuff settle down first with the new manager, its been 2 months now theyre still saying the same thing,...me and my bf being charged with the late fees where does that go?they even said theyre waiting to get more customers first so they will start buying new equipment.. But what of u lose others before getting more people?? Smfh..I try making payments early so I wont get charged for the late fee..,but today I went Im and to pay my gym they charged me $10.00 because I didnt pay the 1.96 for the taxes..but last moth the guy that was at the front desk told me how much I suppose to pay..omg I was pissed because the front counter dont know what the hell theyre doing, no equipments for the gym, now theyre charging us $10.00 extra ??fitness evolution get the right people to run yall gym and stop ripping people off smfh

Dont ever try to quit this gym. Even if you follow their rules of 30 days notice they still continue to withdraw money from your account. You try to resolve it and you just get excuse after excuse. No more. After 3 months I have filed a stop payment order with my bank, a dispute for withdrawls they took from my bank, and contacted the Washington State Attorney General. Its not just this location, but the company as whole that is ripping people off. If you are one...contact your states attorney general. Fitness Evolutions shady business practices need to be stopped. The only reason they get one star from me is that zero stars is not an option. Beware also...non accredited with the BBB and an "F" rating.

I just cancelled my membership. Staff knows nothing about fitness. They just sit at the front desk and greet people. I would not trust them to spot me ever. The first day I was there I asked for a weight belt and asked if they have bump weights. They did not know what either one was. From then on, they displayed no knowledge of their equipment. When cancelling, I went to the Bremerton Evolution Fitness front desk to cancel in person and they said it was all taken care of. It is now three months later and they are still charging me. They claim it is something with their system. Do not join and you can thank me later.

It has been a long time since I have been to a gym, let along exercised. I received the advertisement card in the mail, the price looked good, so I figured I would go check it out. They have a temporary set up until the actual center is done, so it does not have everything available at this time. It has the basics which is good, it gives those of us that have not worked out in years, to start of slow. The price is right and the staff is friendly, I hope to be going here for a while. Thank You for coming to Bremerton Fitness Evolution.

Ad says $9.99 month-to-month, NO ANNUAL CONTRACT. Totally incorrect. My 18yr old son only signed up for a month because their ad says you can sign up month to month with no contract for $9.99. He went there and signed up last June 17. On July 10th, he requested to cancel membership which he thought should be the end of it. But no, they still charge him for August membership. Also they charged his card for ANNUAL FEE of $39.99. So if youre thinking their ad is too good to be true? its all BS.

I felt so bad because of the gym staff today. The staff asked to show him my ID(They have not asked for my ID before) I said its in my car. And when he asked my name, I looked at my the gym membership card habitually. And right he said "uh nono why you check your name?" .....this asking was very ridiculous to me... and I just told my name. And He even asked giggling at me why cant you even pronounce your name correctly.... I felt so bad, but he never said sorry or never looked sorry at all.

My bank had to fianaly stop them by closing the account The gym said it was my fault I signed up for personal training. I tried many times to resolve this situation. I now have to get legal help

My husband cancelled our once a month training session last month and only wanted to be charged for the 19.99 per month for my husband and I..for our monthly fee. Thats all they were suppose to take out. Just checked my bank they took out for the training again...thats why I hate automatic withdraw, they said it would not come out anymore, my husband even signed to have it not taken out 30 days ahead of time...we are cancelling everything and wont be back.
